Regarding your comment about the the fruits and the cleaning service of your room, I have investigated this as we have timings for each and every service to be schedule to all our guest. Therefore if you call to ask for service it will take maximum 5-10 minutes not in the instance you call us as we also giving service to all our guest in house. But we make sure that we attended to all your need in time. And about the packed lunch you requested, you had the trip to Angthong that day and the pick up time is 8AM which you had a lot of time since we open our breakfast from 6:30AM to 10:30 am, but you requested not to go to breakfast as you need a take away breakfast box, so we allow you however you did not tell our Guest Manager the guy who spoke to you that you need the fried rice and green curry. Hence our breakfast box has only bread and some fruits, water and juice. I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. It will help us improve our operations and services.
