Our group was made up of 14 people, 4 rooms with a sharing pool, the sharing pool is private for the 10 rooms which back onto it which is lovely feels very private. Firstly the goods, the hotel is lovely, the rooms are very clean and spacious and pools are clean and beautiful.

Dear Ladytink1986, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on TripAdvisor, following your recent stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa. It is always disappointing to note that we have not been able to reach the satisfaction of our valued guests, since our aim is to offer excellent services and to create unforgettable memories at the hotel. With regards to the front desk, we are sorry you found our staff not to be as helpful as expected. Kindly be informed that towel cards are provided upon check-in to our guests, so we are sorry that this was not the case for you. Moreover, we would like to express our regret for any information that was not communicated to you during check-in even though all information can be found in the hotel directory that is found in each room. Though, all your comments have been passed on to the Front Office Manager and will be used for further training to our staff. With regards to the restaurants, all our valued guests staying at the hotel from 5 to 12 nights, are entitled to 3 complimentary dinners at our different restaurants. These are the Moonlight a la carte restaurant, the Italian & the Burger theme restaurant. The only restaurant that is not included, as per our alI-inclusive program, is the BBQ restaurant at the beach. Even though it was end of season, all our restaurants and facilities were operational for all our guests. We are sorry if this information was not clear for you, although it is also stated in the room directory, as well as at the informative leaflet that our guests are given upon arrival. Furthermore, we need to mention that we are surprised about your comments on the food quality, since we pride ourselves for offering a vast variety of excellent-quality products, carefully selected by our Executive Chef. This can be proven by numerous positive reviews and by our very high scores from our cooperative tour operators. Additionally, we are sorry to hear your concerns regarding our staff member. Please rest assured that all the points you raised have been addressed and taken on board by management for quality and training purposes within the team. Nonetheless, we do treat all comments with great appreciation, either they are positive or negative, since our guests’ feedback is the primary mean to highlight areas of improvement. Last but not least, we are more than surprised about your comments on our Guest Relation staff, since they are here to ensure that our valued guests are having a great time, being always friendly and attentive. This is the reason why they got in contact with you, in order to receive your feedback and to make your stay better, we only wished you had contacted sooner rather that when you were summoned after your completion of the survey. We only hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future, when we promise to go above and beyond in our efforts of delivering you with an exceptional experience.
