Dear guests : What an exhaustive review! Thank you for sharing all of these details with us. It is important for us to note and act on all that we can make better quickly and efficiently. Where do we begin…first, we are hoping to soon installing air-conditioning in the buffet, as you have mentioned, our beautiful gem is 17 years old and this has never been done in the past. During the summer, we take out all of the tables that we can outside for your comfort, and then put them back come winter time. Believe it or not, there comes a time in the year when no one wants to sit outside because it is too cold! We are hoping to resolve this very soon. As for the rooms, the renovations should come very soon and we hope to commence before the end of this year, including, of course, new furniture as well, how exciting! The same goes for the disco, lobby and reception area, piano bar and beach restaurant as well. We have big plans for this place and we are very proud to show them to you soon! As for the buffet service, there was indeed a bit of a discomposure during the week of your stay as there were some important issues with staff transportation and we were left for a few days with staff that were not able to show up for work, we are very sorry for these inconveniences as we do always try to give the best service.
