It was a pleasure to read your comments and rest assured that each and every one of them is analyzed in order to give you the best possible service. Our hotel is 16 years old as I am certain you know and room renovations are in the works! They will be so beautiful! The plans are ready and we are about to start! We are certain that you will enjoy them very much! As for the check-out time, 12.00 pm is the international time for check-outs everywhere. Our beautiful gem has been at full capacity for quite some time now and as much as we want to accommodate you it is sometimes difficult to offer late check-outs. We appreciate your kind words dear guests. We do try out best for you to spend an unforgettable vacation with us as this is our reason for living. We genuinely care about your well-being and are always surprised to receive comments such as the ones from Feb. 29th. These on-site guests were unable to be dealt with as they did not want to attend us until their departure. We are lucky to have guests such as you, thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts! We certainly hope to welcome you back to Memories Jibacoa, your lovely hotel!
