Let me begin by first “Apologizing” for the “cold attitude of our staff” as described by you which has come as a rude shock to the Management. Secondly, our buffet spread is quite elaborate however; we acknowledge there may have been a shortage in some items by the time you came for breakfast and had it been pointed out to us I assure you we would have made sure you got what you wanted but nonetheless, we accept this as a mistake for the shortfall. As far as a “a piece of plastic” being found in the food is totally not acceptable and we surely believe this should never happened and is most disturbing to learn this from you. Furthermore, with regard to the being “promised a snack basket” when making your booking online we are tracking this with the concerned Online Portal as it is a “wrong commitment made” by the online company we only provide such amenities when informed in advance by the “Travel Agent/Booking Partner”. Lastly, on behalf of the entire Management at The Chumbi Mountain Retreat we “tender our sincere apologies” to you and wish to request you to kindly give us one more opportunity to visit with us again and we assure you of a good discount and a delightful experience with us. We value each one of our guest who visit and remain indebted to you for choosing to book your reservation with us..
