As with every review, we would like to thank the individual for his comments. We would also like to respond in order of the points raised by the guest. As with the overall majority of hotels and businesses in our region, water is a precious commodity, therefore restricted timings are used and clearly visible on entry in all rooms and again in all bathrooms.... Further, the images attached and captioned as 'Multicuisine Restaurant' is actually the Dinning Hall where Buffet Meals are served to guest who are booked on Full Board Plan. As the hotel is under the upgradation process and the fine dinning is being added to the hotel facilities, the guests are being given IN ROOM DINNING. As the guest claimed that he had to check out with so many other guests, we would like to clarify that our records does not show any pre-mature departures or Refunds. The hotel records are always available for the scrutiny by an Independent Auditor. Please note that management which has been ridiculed by the guest in his comment are trained professionals & managers with a job expeirience of 10-15 Years in the hospitality business. We are always happy to take constructive feedback as it enables us to improve on our services in this manner. However, we do appreciate if customers reading such comments of this reviewer would refer to POSITIVE REVIEWS for a more balanced perspective on our services.
