Dear laurahanover, Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. We are a bustling hotel and Spa and we welcome a larger number of guests at the weekend and over the holidays such as the Easter holidays that have just passed. Check-in can be a busy time at the reception desks however, our guests then filter through and disperse throughout the facilities for the day. We are sorry to hear you found the facilities busy on the day of your visit. In relation to prices, our menus are all on the website to be viewed prior to booking and we conduct research with similar venues in surrounding counties to ensure we remain competitive. Thank you again for your feedback, it has been shared with the relevant managers and in relation to your manicure and pedicure, this has been passed to our Spa Manager.
