Hi there, We are pleased to know that our member of staff, Julie, looked after you and gave you a lift to visit your Father’s old family home. We are pleased that you enjoyed your meal at The Bull restaurant and the service was great. Despite you arriving 3 hours earlier than the check-in time which is from 3pm, we managed to get your room ready within 30min after your arrival.  However, after this 30-minute waiting period, your whereabouts were unknown, we looked for you to inform that your room was ready but we simply could not find you! If you had notified us that your room was a single and not a double as you required, we would have certainly change for you, and made it into a double. We are sorry for this mishap. Your comments make me think… sometimes we try so hard to accommodate clients’ demands but procedures are in place for a reason and it is better to stick to them: check in time is only from 3pm!
