Boholano cuisine served in style.
I love kare-kare, the standard Pinoy style with thick peanut sauce served with bagoong on the side. So when I saw in most Boholano menus the seafood kare-kare, I had to try it. Then it came in a pot, soup style. I was surprised it was soup and no bagoong. Upside is I didn't…
