Hi Heidi E Thanks so much for this fantastic feedback on your experience and we are so glad that everything was good and that the game viewing was a good experience for you all. Also glad that your daughter was able to speak to the reserve manager and spend time with him after all our organising and chatting. Good to hear that the staff and guide experience was good too. As far as the mosquito nets are concerned, the mozzies, seem to be at their worst ever this year, and we are in the process of adding mosquito nets to each bed in every single suite and these will be installed by April 2017.
