I just spent 2 days at the newly opened Shambala Resort and Spa, in Yercaud. It’s a very charming property, very tastefully done up rooms, hand picked furniture, lots of open spaces, tall trees, amazingly silent place, tucked away in a coffee plantation and some great weather. The perfect recipe for relaxation and rejuvenation. The food was great and they mentioned their chef had previously worked in a Michelin star restaurant in the south of France. Love it!
