Hello Emma Brendan, Thank you for your benevolent essay-like review which has obviously took a lot of time to write. Your picturesque, emotional and wrathful style would impress every novel writer! We are disheartened that our amenities and services offered weren't up to par with your expectations. In fact, we are so sorry that you did not like: paying for your own taxi (as if Resort is supposed to do that), our recently renewed reception office, our check-in process, our bell boy, the applicability of word complex to our Resort, our recently (May 2017) renewed rooms designed by one of the best architects in Croatia, the number of our guests at the night time, the number of our guests in the daytime next to the pool, our photographs, the size of our pool, the temperature of the pool water, the buffet restaurant and the food in the restaurant. The fact that your above written essay lack any positive comments about anything related to the Resort says a lot about your benevolence and credibility as a reviewer. I can assure you that all our employees, who you forgot to comment on, are led by the idea of immediate service recovery. If you had told anyone in the hotel about any issue that you had experienced it would have been solved in your best interest immediately. However, according to your essay-like review we would require structural and architectural changes in order to meet your interior design expectations, since you did not like the room, the appearance and the reception office building; these changes we cannot promise to undertake as most of our guests are able to appreciate the highly aesthetic and modern interior-design of both the rooms (which are regarded as luxurious) and the reception building (which is not a prefab house, but a building built in 1989 and renewed last year). Perhaps if you had spent more than half a day in our Resort you would have been able to see things from a fairer perspective. We are glad that you have expressed all the indignation you kept in yourselves within your essay and we will analyze and evaluate it with the equal consideration as we are today analyzing and evaluating excellent reviews from our guests that come from the UK market.
