Our first ever live baseball game and boy did it live up to our expectations. This is a beautiful sports arena with very comfy seats much better than we have in the UK. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was good well you have to have a hot dog don't you. The shop was very very busy as you would expect on a match day but the queues were handled to a Disney level. Would love to go back here again one day

Classic matchup between two powerhouse teams. The Yankees were in town, and they set an attendance for the most people for a three-game series. This is an easy park to get in and out, family friendly, and great seats all around. Oh yea, the Padres won the finale.

It had been a few years since I was able to attend a Padres game here at Petco Park. I can't remember exactly how long, but the park is still gorgeous, and the weather was perfect. Entry into the park was extremely easy, and finding the seats wasn't difficult either, although as with any stadium you're not familiar with, finding the right section could be a bit of a challenge, as it was for us. Regardless, it only took a few minutes, and we were in the right spot. Once sat, we went to get some food and the method in which food is bought is pretty nice and not something I was too familiar with. What I mean is, you pick up your own food kind of like a grocery store and then take it to the register to pay. I do wish they gave you a bag or something to carry the food if you're buying quite a bit. Buying food for 5 at a stadium can be a challenge when carrying it all, and the little drink carrier doesn't cut it when you have four drinks, pretzels, hot dogs, peanuts, red vines, chips and cheese, etc. A note on the food, I'm sure no one is surprised to hear that feeding 5 at a stadium cost me in excess of $140.00. So be prepared for that. Aside from that, the experience was great, the game was great, as A's fans, the Padres fans were wonderful. Definitely recommend it to anyone for a fun night out.

Came to watch Padres play Mariners at Petco and it was a fun experience. Nothing better than a night game in a hot weather city. This stadium if fantastic, the atmosphere is great, the weather is perfect, the food options are one of the best out there and the place if always full. It was very easy to get in and the ballpark is very spacious so the big crowds can easily move around. I really liked the Gallagher square where tons of people can watch the game without having a seat in the ballpark..but still be part of the atmosphere. Fantastic park, the only negative would be that unlike other ballparks out there , you cannot walk all the way around and see the game.. there are boxes that block the view from the corridors so if you get food or drinks, you miss the live game, most ballparks don't have that. Great ballpark.

I have attended games at 43 other MLB parks over my lifetime, PETCO Park tips them all. Beaty greets the baseball fan upon entering thru water fountains, palm tree courtyards, and family friendly green space. The concession variety ranges from wine shops, dessert cases, gyros, BBQ, Mexican food, to mixed drinks. The view of the skyline is breathtaking. Seating offers good lines of sight throughout this excellent park. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Came for last minute playoff game against the Dodgers. Had so much fun even with crappy tickets. Enjoyed the guy from Blink 182 perform. Wasnt expecting that. There was an incident near us where security had a guy surrounded. Hats iff to your security for being very professional so nothing escalated

We walked to the stadium from our hotel and quickly passed through security. The Hall of Fame was interesting and compact. There are many food and drink options. The fans were pleasant and well behaved. The scoreboard displayed more statistics than most ballparks.

Seaport Village is a vibrant harborside spot with stellar views of the San Diego skyline. There’s plenty to do here—stroll along the promenade, check out the art galleries, enjoy a meal at an upscale restaurant or do some shopping (local wines and souvenirs are good buys). Younger children will love the historic hand-carved carousel. Weekdays are the best time to visit when it’s less crowded and the vibe is more laid-back.
