The Park was opened back in 1910 to honour the coronation of King Nikola, and its new look is a donation by the Government of Azerbaijan, as a gift to the Capital. The Park houses the busts of Bozidar Vukovic Podgoricanin – a state official at the court of Ivan Crnojevic, Azerbaijani poet Hüssein Cavid, as well as a large light-lit fountain and a children’s playground.

The Montenegrin Niagara falls, another place of intact nature, are featured on the banks of the river Cijevna, located ten-minute drive away from downtown Podgorica. The river flows in from Albania.

The adventure park tracks represents a series of air games. Visitors off all ages from 4 to 70 years can enjoy these activities regarding the fact that each track is remodelled for different age and level of physical condition. Each track represents a set of 15 different challenges. Each challenge takes from 10 to 50 minutes.

The vast square and park in front of the University today represent a place where citizens of Podgorica like to spend their free time.

A Park-forest, a heaven for recreational sportsmen, joggers, walkers, but also home to the most significant WWII monument - the Partisan - Warrior Monument. It is located in the centre of the city and it is often called the "lungs" of Podgorica. From its rims you can see the beautiful landscape of the Capital City.
