Simply the best tower experience I have had across Asia and one tower that should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend the Bubble Ferrys Wheel as one cycle takes approximately 10 minutes which is way more than enough time to capture great views of the city. One Bubble seats 6 people and recommend coming between 6-7pm to catch the sunset. Queues during our late August visit was short and took under 15mins to reach the very top. The mechanical floor access was my favourite considering you get an insight to the engineering behind the structure. The cafe within the tower however is not only small but quite expensive. Highly recommend but reminder that paper tickets are required and that you also require your passport.

Enjoyed the canton tower both in and out. The tower has a beautiful design, and the lights in the evening add on to its glamour. We took the bubble tram combo and enjoyed the tram ride after sundown to see the colourful city lights. It was a fun experience. I'd recommend buying the tickets online in advance, especially on weekends, as they run out of tickets by the time you reach the counter through the lines. There's also a Starbucks and McDonald's right near the entrance :)

An interesting place, in front of the tower at 22-00 there was a show of flying drones, spectacular (I assume that it takes place regularly) In the tower itself, on the first floor you can buy all the delicious souvenirs to take home (cheaper than at the airport) River boats leave from the tower 100 meters away, every half hour until 22-00, cost about 200 yen The tower itself has an “Instagrammable” view from the bridge across the river along the way. You won’t get any spectacular photos near the tower itself (very close)

This was a special once in a lifetime event for my girlfriend and I. We got to the tower about 8:00pm and it was peak time. We waited in line for tickets for about 30 minutes and went to the live person teller instead of the ticket machine because I find that the machines do not always accept my passport. From there you get queued up for the elevators. The Cloud Observation Deck and the Star Observation Deck were okay but wanted pictures with no windows. Next we did the 450 M Look Out. It was pretty busy with a lot of people. Families, kids and couples. The Bubble Tram was sold out so reserve that ahead of time if interested. We got some good pictures here but still a lot of people and beams in our pictures. We paid extra to go to the top 488 M Look Out. We were told it is the tallest open air lookout in the world. This was my favorite part of the attraction. It was not crowded and had unobstructed, amazing views. The city of Guangzhou lights up like a Christmas tree at night. The tower was the highlight of my stay in Guangzhou.

Even during the day it’s busy, but go at night and the crowds are massive. I suggest buying your ticket in advance to avoid the queue at the ticket desk You get a nice view of Guangzhou but miss the sight of the Canton Tower all lit up. Best to take pics of it across the river

The view was super amazing, the shape of the towers, and the design is very cool. At night, you can easily see the amazing color and the color moving around, as if if were a TV. I would recommend this if you have extra time at night.

We went here Christmas Eve with ages ranging from two to fifty seven. The queues were massive and you need to remember after getting your ticket to go to the little kiosks. Fantastic views and something totally different for Christmas Eve

A visit to Guangzhou is not complete without visiting this tower. It somehow feels like an icon of the city. You would need to see the tower from huacheng instead of going straight to the bottom of the tower. From afar, it looked majestic overlooking the Pearl river. The tower lights up at night which makes it even more outstanding.

Reached here pretty late to enjoy the night view when lights are all turned on. Try to alight 1 station before the actual stop to get a full better view of the tower. The bridge closes at night so if you want to get a full experience of crossing it, please do arrive before the sun sets
