Hi, my name is Apple and I would love to show you some of the secrets of Thai cooking. I have created a cosy kitchen overlooking the river not too far from Khao Lak’s town centre. I learnt to cook food the traditional way, helping my Mama in the kitchen from an early age. I have also run a popular Thai restaurant and more recently I cook daily for my guests at popular guest house.

There is no set menu where you are told what you will be making and there’s no schedule where certain dishes are prepared only on certain days.
