Beautiful place to meet, walk, rest and enjoy. Everything was very nice, the gastronomic area, the entire area was super clean, I will never forget this wonderful place. If you are in Panama don't miss it

We walked the causeway several times. Do not do it mid-day...way too hot and sunny. Morning or evening is best. We walked from our room at the Radisson. It's along the water with sides for pedistrians and bikers. Very scenic along The Canal, with ships and boats. One can see the bridge as well. At the end, there is an amusement park, eateries, Panama sign for photos, and pedal rentals. We enjoyed it as not too long and beautiful.

Very cool, quiet stretch of roadway located outside of the hustle and bustle of Panama City. We rented bikes from Burke's Bikes for an hour and a half for $10. This was the perfect amount of time to ride up and down the causeway enjoying the views.

Glitzy and touristy area, nice to take a stroll on the water. Go for a meal or a bike ride. It has a lovely view, but it's not actually very interesting. If you don't have much time, this isn't highly worth it in my opinion.

DON'T RENT A BICYCLE AT THE END OF THE AFTERNOON! Very nice place for family walk with parquinho for children. I rented a bike on the last island (Isla Flamenco) and went pedaling to the first island where we delivered the bike. The start of the tour was wonderful, but as the night was approaching several clouds of mosquitoes invade the cycling path and enter the eyes, ears of the cyclists. Renting a bicycle at sunset is a pick for tourists. The employees of the bicycle rental store informed me that this mosquito invasion happen every day of the year.

Good way to get exercise, fresh air, sights. About 8k round-trip from Biomuseo to Flamenco island, via Naos and Perico islands. Excellent paved walkway and separate bikeway. Clearly see Canal entry and Bridge of the Americas. Historical signs to read en route. LOADS of restaurants on the islands. RECOMMEND !

The Amador Causeway is a pleasant and scenic walk, offering stunning views of Panama City’s skyline and the surrounding ocean. This stroll begins at the Biomuseo, an iconic museum designed by Frank Gehry that celebrates Panama’s biodiversity and geological history. From there, you can walk the 3 km stretch into the town, taking in the sights and enjoying the sea breeze along the way. The Causeway is perfect for a leisurely walk, run, or bike ride. Bikes are available for rent if you’d like to explore at a faster pace. The town itself doesn’t have many attractions, but it is dotted with a variety of restaurants, perfect for grabbing a meal or a drink while taking in the views. For families or those looking for a bit of fun, there’s a small carnival with games and rides. At the very end of the Causeway, you’ll find the Panama Sign, a colorful and iconic photo spot that’s perfect for capturing your visit. Nearby, there is a small shop that offers clean public restrooms, a convenient amenity after your stroll.
