Relatively simple process to book online and comfortable train trip to Machu Picchu. Train there had some delays but on time return. Bus trip from Ollantaytambo to Cusco wasn't great as no real space for luggage (held on lap) and limited leg room.

Enjoyed the Inca Rail train ride to Machu Picchu. For a first timer, I really enjoyed the train ride. It would have been nice if the refreshments were free instead of purchasing them. The staff on the train as well as on the bus were very nice and helpful. The only negative experience I have was that there was no outlet to charge my iPhone in Machu Picchu train station waiting room. All the bus station rooms have outlet to charge your iPad and iPhone.

Excellent service and professionalism. The trains are comfortable and the staff is friendly, they make sure we have all the information to get access to Macchi Picchu and use the bimodal service. It was appreciate that they organized our shuttle back to the hotel once we were back in Cusco

Generally a very good service but there were a few things that made it drop a star. Our train arrived at Aguas Calientes at 8am and we were booked on a 2:30pm return train (boarding at 2pm). We expected that it would be more streamlined in terms of the timings. We had to wait an hour at Aguas Calientes for our tour guide to arrive. We were then joined by other people who got the later train, so we wasted an hour of our day for no reason. Because of this hour wait we were then in a rush to get back to get our train as we were left in the bus queue at 1pm and the queue was horrendously long. It took well over half an hour before we finally managed to board a bus and be on our way back down to the town. As a result we only just got our 2:30pm train and had no time to eat or drink anything on our mad dash to the station. It really should have been managed better than that. The tour guide was great and did a fantastic job with lots of info, it's just a shame that the timing issues, which should have been know by Inca Rail caused it to taint our experience a little.

Comfortable ride, great service and amazing views along the way! The welcome ceremony with the dancers in tradional dress was unexpected but lots of fun. On board music really got the vibe going!

I was impressed with how well organized everything was. It was a whole lot of people but they had everything under control. Going with the all inclusive package took out the stress of getting the timing right between all the steps required to get to and from.

The train service to Machu Picchu was satisfactory. The journey was relatively comfortable, and the train offered some scenic views along the way. However, there were a few drawbacks. The seating was a bit cramped, and the onboard amenities were limited. Additionally, the schedule was somewhat inflexible, which could be inconvenient for travelers with tight itineraries. Overall, it got the job done, but it didn't exceed expectations

Stress-free and pleasant. The train view was beautiful. This was our first and second times to MP. The MP ticketing process was confusing once in AC, but the Inca Rail transit portion of the trip was very simple and nice.

The train and the travel from Ollantaytambo to Machupicchu are nice. But the service provided by the company in Machupicchu is terrible. We spent 1 hour in the line to change our tickets having online 6 (yes, SIX) people before us. Very very inefficient service. For a tourist place which receives tenth of thousands tourists everyday, for me was something unacceptable.

The train experience was truly amazing considering the views of mountains. As a train lover, I felt satisfied with the quality of service. However, I did not enjoy the bus ride due to the bumpy roads.
