Waleed navigated through chaotic Cairo traffic like a pro keeping us calm and comfortable all the way. We had fully customized itinerary, visiting among others, the pyramids, Egyptian museums near Tahir square, museum of Egyptian civilization, Cairo tower, had lunch at beautiful Zamalek 😊😊 Waleed was always very prompt, polite and incredibly knowledgeable about the best routes to take allowing us to fully enjoy the sights without stress. Fady was an amazing driver and went above and beyond for us. He collected us from the airport and drove us to our hotel in Giza. This drive was an hour long and was made much more enjoyable with Fady pointing out popular tourist attractions and allowing us time to enjoy the history and culture of the city. To top it off, fady stopped at a local market and bought us mango juice to enjoy! Would highly recommend

We've had great experience with our transfer from Marriott Hurghada Beach Resort to Hurghada airport booked with Rimo Tours. Communication with driver Hossam Hasaballah was easy, his response to a short term rescheduling (for 30 mins earlier) very quick. Can absolutely recommend for driver appearance, punctuality and reliability. And special THANKS to Hossam for checking the car after let us off and returning (unsolicited) back to the terminal with my cell phone which apparently slid of my pocket- this has saved the rest of my day!!!

My experience with transfers in Dubai organized through Booking exceeded all expectations. My wife and I arrived in Dubai and were pleasantly surprised by our free transfer, which included two wonderful people looking out for our comfort. We were met by Kel who was incredibly patient and understanding. Due to a flight delay we had to wait, but Kel remained polite and friendly despite the difficulties. When we couldn't find them right away, they quickly found us and took over all our suitcases with a smile on their face. It was especially nice that they left us under the air conditioning while the car was brought up. Alagmir Khan, our driver, was incredibly polite, friendly and punctual. This Pakistani guy suggested that we connect to the Internet during the trip, but we decided to just enjoy the comfort. The interior of the car was cool and very comfortable, which made the trip pleasant after a long flight. Alagmir's driving was impeccable and he loaded and unloaded our luggage with care. This experience showed us a high level of service and customer care. We definitely recommend this transfer to anyone who wants to start their holiday in Dubai with the best experience.

Was greeted by our taxi driver Waleed Hosny at Cairo airport who took us to our hotel, the Horus Mini Resort in Gisa. The driver was extremely courteous and eager to explain us things. He was also very cooperative and saw to our request to stop by a mini market for some small errands. We had a very warm first touch upon our arrival.

We booked a ride from the hotel to Hurghada Airport. The driver, Emad Naguib from Hurghada, texted me in advance to let me know his name and pickup location. He was very friendly here. He was on time and even asked if we wanted to leave early since he was nearby. He is very accommodating with taking off your suitcase and holding the door open. We had no idea which terminal we had to go to, but he had researched all the airlines beforehand and was able to tell us immediately from memory which terminal our airline flies from. He also speaks very good English and we had a very nice chat. At the airport he walked us inside to make sure our flight showed up. The best taxi driver we have had while traveling so far.

Rami Saeed was my driver from the Intercontinental City Stars Hotel in Cairo to the airport for a 5am flight. Rami was very friendly and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Rimo and in particular Rami as a driver

I booked a taxi to take my mum and aunt to the airport. I was very happy with my driver Mohammad Towhidul who contacted me in advance after i sent an sms to him. He had a banner with my name so that my mum and aunt would know, he informed me when they were in the car. Thank you for your service.

Captain Iman Mohamed Remo Tours was hands down one of the best and professional airport transfers to Giza! My hotel was so far away and my plane was delayed but the driver waited patiently and got me safely to my hotel. 5/5 great job!
