The facility was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. But coming out of the facility destroyed the experience a bit. We had bought whole day ticket so we could stay ad long as we wanted. We were not sure if Sauna was included since everthing there is in only Polish there. So I checked with my entrance band to the sauna and it showed green, so we thought it was included. But I did not go through the entrance bar to sauna anyways since my husband saw a picture of bathing suit with red line on it, and I did not want to go to sauna just with towel around me. When I wanted ti get out of the facility with my entrance band, it would not allow me. So the receptionist asked med to go to her and she checked my band and said I had used the sauna and I had to pay to be able to get out. I explained what happened and I said I would pay anyways since I did not understand how their system worked. So it was not the payment that botheres me since it was not much. It was her disbeleif and her lack of acknowledgment that perhaps their system was misleading that bothered me 😤

Porbably the cleanest Leisure center I have ever been in . I went to experiance the World of Sauna's and was not disappointed , The place is incredibly well managed and the staff were very helpful . The natural setting for the outdoor saunas in the log cabins were a delight as well as the relaxing area's . An ideal way to spend a couple of hours

The place itself is great. My daughter and I had a lot of fun using all the available facilities. However, a few things need improvement. Firstly, I had difficulties buying online ticket because my foreign phone number could not be accepted by the website. After three days, I managed to get through to the facility, and the woman I spoke with promised to call me back (never did) or asked me to monitor the website to see if it had been fixed and if guests from abroad could complete their purchases. To this day, nothing has changed. I managed to buy the ticket giving a fake phone number :). I chose the Comfort Zone ticket because I was hoping for a bit of luxury for myself and my daughter. I couldn't be more wrong. It is so overpriced. The Comfort Zone is located almost next to the smoking area and is not much different from the seats located slightly below on the sand, which are cheaper. The only extras included was lunch with a very limited selection however tasty wraps and very refreshing lemonade and (wet) grass instead of sand under your feet. We stayed at a nearby hotel, so we walked to the Termy, but I still had to pay parking fee “because it’s part of the package.” What a nonsense! It felt like a complete rip-off. I have to say, I’ve been to a few water parks in Italy and I’ve never paid as much for tickets as I did at Termy and the facilities were equally good if not better. We will probably come back at Thermy, but the Comfort Zone has a lot of room for improvement. Make your guests feel welcome.

If you're going with KIDS and it's winter/Autumn or just bad weather then I recommend Termy Maltanske. Besides that it is clean, built not too long ago, it is also full of light and nicely decorated. There is a lot to do in there (all water stuff) and 1-2 places to eat (as I remember it). The water is warm which I personally really like and so do my son. There is an outdoor pool area and indoor and both is great. Btw I would also recommend it to solo travellers or just couples without kids, but I am writing mainly out of my experience travelling to Poznan with a kid.

We went to the sauna land area and also had a treatment in the spa below. The saunas were excellent, lots of variation and also a -12 deg sauna! (You literally walk naked into a freezer!) A few jacuzzi pools but everything in the whole place is very subdued lightly so the nudity should be less of a problem for those unused to this. We had a mud bath in the spa which was a bit underwhelming but was relatively cheap so can’t complain. A small complaint would be the inability / difficulties to book treatments in advance as English website goes to Polish third party booking agent and I was unwilling to book this way. Unfortunately we therefore couldn’t book a couples massage as not enough staff available on the day. There was also confusions re our times as the staff in spa told us our time period in pools had stopped despite the time watches / wrist bands saying it hadn’t. Unfortunately this confusion stresses us as we were unsure if we would be billed for overstaying. We weren’t billed at the exit but I was really not looking forward to having an argument at the end of my relaxing stay! I wish there were facilities like this in England as I would visit them but unfortunately they seem to be a continental idea. It was raining outside as a bonus, so overall we got out of the rain and had a great day
