Due to the subject (water), this is an absolutely unique museum, and the location in an underground reservoir located on the premises of the local waterworks is a significant added value of this place. Perfect arrangements, a lot of information and interesting facts about water-related subjects. This place is truly unique!

This was a great museum to learn about water and it's importance for our existence. There are a lot great interactive displays to learn about water in the world, the explorations that have occurred, the creatures that inhabit the water and a whole lot more. I was amazed to learn that the cruise ship "Oasis of the Seas" is bigger than aircraft carrier. Come prepared to learn if you visit this museum.

Amazing, interactive, full of information for a curious soul, loads of hands-on experience, great videomapping and videos. I honestly believe the curators are some water worshippers 😂 I can only recommend for everyone (there were loads of children around and they enjoyed thoroughly!). Plan more than 2h for a visit. Stunning venue too (loved the entrance bit).

This museum is a must-see when you're in Wroclaw. It offers a lot of interesting and valuable information about water. While the ticket is somewhat expensive, it's worth the cost, as you can easily spend the entire day exploring if you want to read all the details and fascinating facts. To cover the main attractions, you'll need to spend at least three hours, without delving into most of the additional information displayed on smaller monitors.

This park was the highlight of our day (and, in general, the highlight of Wrocław) for us. I visited it with my mom and my sister. We are all very interested in the environment and in the preservation of natural resources, so this was a perfect plan for us from the start. However, the museum still managed to surprise us with its incredible —high quality— exhibition. It is comparable to the quality standards of many other science museums in the world. It is not very big, but we watched all the rooms of the exhibit in great detail, so for us it was approximately a 4 hour tour. We had so much fun! Some activities are more kid-focused, but we still tried everything haha. There are interactive screens and games, short films, models to activate, etc.; it’s all very dynamic and super well presented. All the explanations are available both in Polish and English. The staff is really kind and welcoming. They offer student discounts. I was glad to see a lot of fellow visitors and families on the day of our visit. It is incredibly important that environmental education becomes available —and fun/attractive— to everyone. After our visit, we enjoyed a dessert and a drink at the Woda Café, which is very nice and located within the museum property. The shop of Hydropolis is great too, with affordable and good quality products. It is easy to get here by bus, but we walked from the Old Town and it was about 25 minutes, so that’s an option too if you want to enjoy the scenery. I would recommend this place full heartedly to anyone visiting Wrocław.
