    Very interesting
The interior of the church are like many otheres, glorious and colourful. You can follow the trip up the tower and passed the various bells. Finally you travel through the resting place of many of the kings and queens of Poland. Very interesting.

A gem in heart of Krakow
The whole cathedral is beautiful and very interesting with lot of tombs and chapels. Every chapel is beautiful in different manner. I highly recommend to see the Sigismund's Chapel, next to it the Vasa Chapel and the Chapel of Holy Cross. There are also some worthy tapestries from the Jagiellonian tapestries collection.

    Beautiful castle and cathedral
Beautiful castle, well kept and well managed. Lots of different museums and sights but unfortunately all tickets must be bought individually, which was a pain, but other than that I recommend. Worth noting ticket office for wawel cathedral is seperate than ticket office for all other sights

    Love a castle
We needed something to do on our last day in Krakow and because we landed late, hadn’t been able to visit on our first day. The issue we had was that the people in the hotel could not locate our meeting place (and they’d lived in Krakow for years!) and Google maps wasn’t much better. However, with the help of a shop owner, we eventually found it. The guide was brilliant, very informative and she dealt with the usual ‘know it all’ very diplomatically. I didn’t realise that a tour of the Cathedral was included but this tour was spectacular, full of interesting historical facts, stories and myths. I would thoroughly recommend a visit

    The most important Krakow attraction
I was very fortunate to have a very good tour guide for this tour and I got the feeling he could have entertained us for probably 5 hours just in the Cathedral. The Cathedral ended up being the place where Casmir The Great and King Jagiello were discussed. And, our tour guide shared an interesting story about Bishop Stanislaus in 1079. He was killed by the then current 1079, King Boleslaw II. There was all the significant history of Poland right in this Cathedral. This Cathedral was the most important attraction in Krakow! Fantastic setting
Impressive cathedral with grand architecture. The route round is well defined and takes you into the crypts where you can see the tombs of important figures from the past and near past. My criticism is that one of my friends has a very bad hip and didn’t feel able to go down into the crypt, but that is the exit route (not marked as such) and the staff wouldn’t allow her to exit via a door from the body if the church.

    Cathedral visit
A short stroll from the square, very reasonably priced entrance to the cathedral, Jon Paul ll museum and arch diocese museum. Go up to the Bell Tower and see the bells amazing, great view across the rooftop. Lots more to see if you want to do the castle at extra cost.

    Very Good
Three months later 06.02.2024 I had the chance to visit the inside of the castle. Quite impressive. Make sure that you give 23 zlt and enter and go to the top to the bell. You won’t regret. There are lots of amazing things to observe inside the cathedral.

Absolutely stunning cathedral steaped in history. We had a tour guide who was excellent and the cathedral is amazing. The architecture and relics are so beautiful and well preserved, Well worth a visit and we got to climb to the top of the cathedral and touch the bell to make a wish and look at the view,
