The lasting experience is the road to get there! It is at best bad. Rough dusty gravel road for around 20 minutes brings you to the falls car park. I think this place can best be described as DIY! The falls are okay and the are a couple of snack bars. However the €15 entrance fee is way too much for an extremely underwhelming experience. Not suitable for children or the elderly and infirm!

The attraction is set in stunning mountainside country, a twenty minute drive along twisty dirt tracks from the nearest village. The path passes several statues (most if not all modern) of Greek gods to a cafe, souvenir shop and small museum. Reaching the waterfalls required traversing some steep, rough stonecut steps. The falls were not impressive and no attempt had been made to hide the pipework, cleqarly used to supply them by recircualtion. The water in the pool looked cloudy and artificially coloured; to enhance the photographs? Overall disappointing for 15 euros.

My guess would be the bad reviews are mainly for the road leading to the place, which to be fair is pretty bad. I had a quad which made it a breeze but in a small family hatchback I could understand a few hairy moments. The place itself is nice enough - had a feel of being quite far away from civilisation which was really cool. Its rather tucked away in the hills. The pool itself is beautifully cold and refreshing once you brave the dip! The statues and museum are 5 minute jobs to be honest nothing that interesting. Don't listen to the more nervous drivers - I think it's worth the money and I know everyone who I was with thought the same.

We took local advice and went in the early evening. By 6:30 pm, we had the place to ourselves. The track down to the falls was bumpy and dusty, but no dramas driving except the idiot tour guides in the yellow land Rovers! The walk from the carpark has some steep steps. Not recommended for those not steady on their feet. There are changing rooms at the waterfall, so you can wear sensible clothing and shoes to get there. €15 per person is a bit steep for the whole family, but if you make your own way to and from the venue, you can stay as long as you like. We didn't buy any food or drink , so can't comment. By late afternoon there were several plastic bottles and empty cans lying about the place, although there are bins provided! One last point worth mentioning. The water is very refreshing and you soon get used to it. Just what you need on a hot day.

The drive there is dangerous unless you’re Colin McRae. The road really isn’t ’suitable for all vehicles’ as it claims! The place is really cheesy. It gets elevated to two stars because the kittens were super cute and fluffy. Also, there’s great amusement of the statue with the huge… hand. 😉

We went to the falls as part of our buggy excursion and we were a bit disappointed as in the pictures it looks impressive but when you get its not. The fall is not great but the “bath” seems to be a man made pond and the water is merky. We went i when is was not busy but would not like to think what it’s like at peak times. It’s 10 euros to get in and I’m not sure it’s worth it. It’s not the easiest place to get to and when you arrive, the pathway to the falls is lined by statues and random stuff. I would not recommend it personally.

Overestimated. The route carpets due to the dirt road and the narrowness of the road in conjunction with the quad-wheels that come together. 15 euros adults and 10 children to see a natural reservoir with artificial running water. Nevertheless, once in your life enough of one is beautiful landscape. For winter swimmers the water temperature is fine for ⁇

Not worth 15€ each, starts with a white knuckle off road drive for 10 minutes, sign says road suitable for all cars, not really. Uneven steps going down so not suitable for anyone unsteady on their feet. We spent 80€ as a family and stayed 20 minutes. Some nice statues however for photos. There are 2 waterfalls we didn't bother going to the 2nd one so not able to comment on that.

Very disappointed, hard to get there and very little to offer. Poorly carved statues, adorned the place and there was a "museum" with a few knock naks and photos of the owner. It was very busy, and the water was crowded and didn't feel or look clean. However, we did enjoy talking with 2 of the Nepali girls working there.

We were very disappointed with our visit. The track needs grading as its very rough, not helped by the quads racing down when you're in a car. The views on the drive were good though. We weren't going to pay 15 euros each as it seemed a lot, but since we were there we did and wish we hadn't wasted our money. The statues were badly carved and why was Che Guevara there! We were expecting something old but everything there is modern and not particularly well presented.
