Once you get the hang of the audio tour, you'll realise it's the future...
Great for kids and adults alike with a well constructed narrative that affords visitors the opportunity to connect the high level story while dwelling on the detail (if they wish). Took a few minutes to get used to the audio tour, which initially feels a little gimmicky, but you quickly realise that the content is well structured and thought out. It leads young and old through an interesting history of chocolate and its significance to Belgium. Really brings to life the story, significance, and 'relative recency' of various chocolate innovations (in the grand scheme of time). Would certainly recommended as a highlight of our visit to Bruges
Thank you for this wonderful 5 star review. We are excited to see that you have enjoyed your visit of Choco-Story Bruges

    Nice museum
Went here as we wanted to try a museum in Bruges. They provided audio guides to listen to which was great. Very informative for different timelines in the history of chocolate. The place was very busy, the shows and demonstrations were a 15minute wait each. Only able to try the chocolate at the end of the whole experience.

    Interesting Visit
This was an interesting way to spend a rainy hour! Reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, but really enjoyed the visit. Remember that it is a museum rather than a novelty interactive Cadbury world style venue, and therefore probably better suited to adults than young children. The audio guide was easy to follow and I liked that all the clips were quite short. The first room was very small and crowded but people quickly dispersed and spread out. The history of chocolate and the various artefacts collected are really interesting e.g moustache cups! Highlights for us were the free photo machine and the chocolate making demo at the end of the tour.

    One for the chocholics only
Good to see all the history but the tour was a little flat. You have to scan each code and listen and there’s so many it just lost its edge for us. We also had to rush to make the last chocolate tasting session at the end. Worth a visit for chocolate fans but don’t expect to be overwhelmed
