    Irish history brought to life
Have learned about Irish history over the years, but it’s a bit of a blur. Our guide, Eamon, put the past 100 years into context with stories from this home’s past and historic photos…everywhere. Can absolutely recommend this little museum to every Dublin visitor as well as its residents!
I really appreciate you taking the time to write such a lovely review, thank you!

Don’t miss this gem! Informative and fun!
Fantastic little museum gave us a great overview of Dublin. Emoan, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Tours are every half hour or so and are short and succinct. A fun and informative experience without killing you with details. Our only regret was not going on the tour earlier in our trip- it would have helped to know more before sightseeing on our own. Cute little gift shop, too. When your tour is over, visit the duck pond across the street! Worth the extra steps!
How do you feel, now that you’ve made someone’s day? Thank you so much for this amazing review, I’ll share it with our team immediately.

    A Real Treat
What a treat this tour was! Fiann was our guide and he was the best guide I've seen - articulate, knowledgeable and fun! And on top of that a real character. I got a ticket for free because it was included in the ticket for Hop on - Hop off bus, and I thought that was a good deal, so you might want to look into that (if so, tell the driver of the bus to give you a printed ticket for the museum beforehand). The tour was short and sweet, you learn the key points of the history and also some fun facts. After that you have time to wander around a few other rooms in the museum. Highly highly recommended!
I will be sharing these kind words with our team, because they will inspire us to do even better. Thank you very much for your positive feedback. Come back and see us again soon, you’ll be most welcome, Katarina.

    Better call Saul
The 29-minute history tour by Saul was very nice to learn main facts about Ireland and Dublin with lots of funny little stories. You can also visit the rest of the beautiful house on your own. Would recommend to all people, even if you're not to much interested in history or museum. It is worth it!
With friends like you, we will conquer the world! Thank you so much for your immensely kind words -- Saul will be thrilled to hear them.

Saul was an enthusiastic & entertaining tour guide. Passionate & funny but still gave us a great overview of the history of Dublin and people connected with the ages. Really worth a visit. Good U2 exhibition too. Liked the architectural photos & writeups.

A truly riveting and entertaining overview of Irish and Dublin history.
As it calls itself, it is a little museum, but it contains an awful lot of information about Dublin and Ireland. However, the true key to enjoying it is to take advantage of one of their tours. Emma was the tour guide when I visited, and she was incredible! It truly was a performance. She managed to convey various elements of Irish history in a way that was entertaining and informative, without minimizing some of the horrors that took place. There were a couple of other rooms that were not part of Emma's tour, including the U2 room. It was an enjoyable 2 hours, as I chose to linger as I walked around the other areas. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin.
We are delighted that you enjoyed your visit so much that you felt compelled to write such a generous review – thank you very much!

Wonderfully informative, fun, and a warm atmosphere
Easy to find, the people greeting me we’re friendly and helpful, Emma, the professor of Dublin History was amazing, as she’s gave us our tour of Dublin from the last 100 years, cute inside the museum, located on what appears to have been a large home. The walls covered with peoples pictures from the history of Dublin snd artifacts from that time period. When I come back I plan to visit the little museum again. A nice gift store in which I bought a book on Dublin history, “A Little History of Dublin” by Trevor White, a nice read, and adore his writing style.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review The Little Museum. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time with us and that Professor Emma gave you a proper Dublin welcome! We are also thrilled to hear you enjoyed reading our latest publication. Hope to see you here again sometime soon!
