Enjoyed the prompt service and friendly drivers. I booked a round trip in a private vehicle on-line. No payment was required at the time of booking and I received a reminder email about my pickup. I will use them again when I return next year.

I typically use the same transfer service for each Cabo visit (my husband and I visit a few times per year), but decided to switch it up this time, as I used a discount code. The service was for a one-way airport transfer from Club Cascadas to the airport. Our driver was prompt and friendly. We had great conversation with him - and cold beer - and even left with a small souvenir. I have the business card here in front of me, but no name of the driver! I wish I could remember his name. The SUV was very clean and the drive was smooth. Will book with Cabo Airport Shuttle again!

Extremely impressed by the service, the attention, and the punctuality of the divers. We arrived from Texas and went straight through the double glass doors to umbrella 5 as instructed. It’s hard to ignore the numerous people asking you questions and trying to get you to talk to them. It’s really annoying especially when you’re tired and dehydrated. There was a rep waiting for us and after confirming our reservation we waited about 7 minutes for our car, a Cadillac Escalade. It was nice and clean and provided ice cold beers and waters. Our driver was kind and respectful and showed us all the stores and sights around our resort. The return trip was just as great! Jesus our driver had to wait a little for us because we were taking long to check out. He was kind and even provided delicious tequila and was a fantastic tour guide for us. From him, we got a great education on the history and current politics of Cabo. I can’t recommend this company enough especially the drivers who are the ones responsible for its success.

We purchased the round trip airport transportation going to one resort and returning from a different resort two weeks later. Everything went perfectly. The SUV’s both ways were very clean and tidy. Our driver Arturo for the return to the airport was wonderful. He was on time for the 6:30am pickup and was really nice and pleasant. We didn’t need anything to drink but water and beer is included. The whole transportation experience was excellent. We highly recommend this company and we would ask for Arturo next time 😊

The service was as advertised and our driver Miguel was very friendly and knowledgeable and he suggested some great restaurants for us to try during our trip. Booking was very easy and our ride back to the airport was waiting for us in the lobby 10 minutes before they were scheduled to be there. I definitely recommend this service and I will book again with them my next visit!

I definitely recommend Cabo Shuttle!! I would use them again in a heartbeat! From start to finish, we had a FANTASTIC experience. They are punctual, helpful, pleasant, accommodating and lovely. We will definitely use them on future trips to Cabo. 😀

We arrived an hour late into Cabo and missed the shuttle bus provided by our hotel. Rather than take a chance waiting for another bus, I booked a roundtrip service with Cabo Airport Shuttle, as I had a positive experience with them the year before. They did not disappoint. They arrived within 10-15 minutes and promptly got us to our hotel. The drivers, Eduardo and Edwin, were friendly and courteous. I will continue to use Cabo Airport Shuttle for my private transportation needs the next time we're in Cabo.

Car and driver were ready upon arrival. Car and driver were ready upon departure. Car was clean and baggage handled for us. Much cheaper than hotel sponsored transportation. Very pleased. We will use this service again.

Family of 6 trip to Cabo for Thanksgiving. Our resort concierge didn’t book our shuttle back to the airport. Thus I found this company online- excellent price for a private SUV, easy to book online and option to pay at arrival. My driver Alberto arrived a few minutes early, very polite, courteous and a safe driver. Definitely will book them again.
