We booked our pickup and departure with Canada transfers. The representative at Cancun airport, David Almos, directed us to our shuttle. I didn't get the name of our driver from Cancun Airport to Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa There were seven adults and 2 children who needed car seats. We booked our return in advance, our return driver was Mario Lopez , he was prompt and on time, and assisted in bringing our bags in. Both drivers and staff were very helpful and friendly. They made the transportation from the airport to the hotel, and return seamless. I highly recommend this service. Thank you all for the wonderful service. Janice G

This is the second time using Canada Transfers, they have top notch service with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Booking the shuttle service was super easy and they are very good at communicating so we were never concerned they wouldn't be there. When the driver was late for the return pickup we received an email right away to let us know of the traffic problem and the new estimated pickup time. There were 6 of us on two different flights, when I booked I didn't realize we were arriving at different terminals and didn't enter both flight details in the booking. Once I found the representative we figured this out, he contacted the driver and had him come to both terminals to pick up. I now know that I should have entered both our flights when booking so I was grateful they helped me to get this sorted out. Excellent company to deal with. We will definitely use then again and recommend them to anyone looking for shuttle service.

We - two couples arriving and departing separately at both Cancun Airport and the Ventus El Cid hotel in Peurto Morelos - were thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Canada Transfers. The vehicles were clean & well maintained and the drivers were professional and personable. Added to this, communications were timely, clear and reassuring vis a vis pick up and drop off. While we have had a variety of airport transfers in other countries, Canada Transfers is as good as anything we have had to date. This was my 2nd time choosing Canada Transfers over HappyShuttle and I will continue to recommend them as they are efficient, safe, fast, reliable drivers. When people ask " How do you know they'll be waiting?" I've never had a concern at all, so reliable and they are always there waiting. Reason I switched companies is I had my first experience with getting bed bugs in Happy Shuttle back in 2019 and wrote to company to fumigate their van but never heard back, so that was it plus their prices went way up. This was the BEST transfer company we have used in Mexico. Their service was amazing and my flights were changed SEVERAL times during the course of our trip and they were able to accommodate every change with courtesy and ease. We are travelling again in March and will be sure to use them again. If you want to avoid hassles with the tour operated shuttles (stopping at every hotel along the way and leaving extra early for the airport on return) I highly recommend using Canada Transfers

We have used them for 2 trips. one was march 2024, and we booked them for 3 trips airport to hotel, hotel to hotel, and hotel to airport. We burnt to a crisp at the first hotel, so we asked if they could provide us sunscreen. They said yes but they only had 30 (we needed 50+) so they offered to add a stop at wall mart. It was perfect!! In 2025, we built in the Walmart stop after the airport, so we could do carry-on only and bought all the liquids and creams we needed for the week. We did this trip with another family, it was 9 in total. Great service, reliable, and safe. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will use them again when we go.
