- andyfennell67Birmingham, United Kingdom9 contributionsExcellent 3 night stay in the PURO Hotel. Firstly, as frequent travellers, we often arrive at hotels, as advertised, only to be disappointed but the PURO hotel more than satisfied our expectations. 24hr free tea and coffee, nice touch, wonderful comfy beds and pillows and free use of the spa and gym. Secondly, the location is fabulous, easy walk to the old towns many bars and restaurants, Planty park and the city castle. 10/10, we had a lovely weekend made very comfortable by the helpful smiling staff and cleaners, the place was spotless throughout.More Reviews of PURO Krakow Kazimierz SpaDear Guest, Thank you for your glowing review. - MichelleManchester, United Kingdom119 contributionsJust got back from an amazing time in Krakow and stayed at this gorgeous hotel for a couple of days. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the service has been excellent. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very attentive with your every need. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the rooms are lovely. Super clean and everything you could want. Tea and coffee and bottles of sparkling water are there for your arrival free of charge and a full mini bar of goodies.( for a charge) Bathroom is spacious with a good shower and you have your own robe and slippers as well. A hairdryer was provided and it was a good one too! Our room was cleaned the next day which we didn't expect as we were only there a couple of nights but it was made sparkling clean by the lovely cleaners. Breakfast was amazing. Full continental breakfast but so much more than you would expect. Breakfast was served between 7am and 10am so we had a lovely chilled morning before we went down to eat. The Spa is gorgeous and the treatment I had was heaven.Prices for some treatments were a little expensive I thought though. The hotel is really quiet and had a lovely relaxing vibe to it. Perfect location for all the sightseeing in the area. Around a 20 minute walk to the main square and Kazimierz . This is now our go to hotel when we are ever in Krakow again.More Reviews of Queen Boutique Hotel SpaDear Michelle, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! - Alex74Nuremberg, Germany2 contributionsIt’s a very good hotel. The location is nearly perfect, a big shopping mall around the corner. The great Quarter Kazimierz 5 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes by foot to a big crossing with many trams and busses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ist good and well organized, the rooms are top and the cream on the icing is the great wellness spa. You can not really swim there, but for wellness, Sauna, Steam Bath, float in the water and the marvelous hot tub makes more than up for that. It had very good opening times too.More Reviews of Hotel Galaxy SpaDear Sirs, We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! Buffet breakfast - a huge selection of hot and cold food with eggs and omelettes made to order. Restaurant also has great food (recommend the chicken tagliatelle). We had a premier room which was large, great bathroom, comfy bed, good shower. Hotel very clean and there was also a spa there - we had a 90 minute couples hot stone massage which was great. Hotel also has a bar. Room service is also available. Friendly staff.More Reviews of Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre, an IHG hotel SpaDear C0ddy, Thank you so much!:). - SquigglyPinkBarrow-in-Furness, United Kingdom29 contributionsBeautiful 💜 Just come home from the most chilled couple of days in the hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is immaculately clean and tidy. Breakfast is the best I have ever seen in any hotel before - eggs are made to order including omelettes. There is a huge range of choice from beans, polish sausage, mushrooms, homemade yoghurt pots, smoothies, warm freshly baked pastries to sliced meats and cheeses. The hotel room was beautiful and also immaculate. Our room had a mini bar and the bed was massive. The spa is fantastic and includes a gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool and a sauna. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone it was perfect.More Reviews of Sheraton Grand Krakow SpaDear SquigglyPink, Thank you for your wonderful review! - WaddlerYork, United Kingdom12,609 contributionsThis is a stylish, quality hotel. It's in a perfect old town location though taxis can come along the adjacent street which is convenient. Breakfast is superb. The buffet is very good to start, but then you also get to order a hot main dish from the menu which is great, plus fresh orange juice and coffees etc. We had an early departure on the final morning, so ordered the breakfast to go which was also good, however it included ham when the only dietary requirement we'd mentioned was no pig products, so more care needed there. The spa and pool is also a great space. Nice for a spot of relaxation. We had a room with a sofa bed for the kids, and it was a huge, huge room, immaculately decorated and complete with a massive bathroom with dual sinks, claw foot bath and a shower. However, there were no external windows to the room, it looked over an internal atrium and the breakfast room. Still, a bottle of wine in the room was welcome, as were the tasty petit fours. Front desk is helpful, though be aware that if you ask them for an airport transfer you'll be quoted 170 zloty, whereas uber does the trip for 50-60 zloty. There is also the train to the airport from Glowny station, which is less than a 10 minute walk away.More Reviews of Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town SpaDear Waddler, Thank you for your detailed review and for sharing your experience with us. I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our stylish hotel, its superb breakfast offerings, and the relaxation provided by our spa and pool facilities. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the breakfast-to-go, and I sincerely apologize for the oversight with the dietary request. I will be sure to pass this on to our kitchen team to ensure more attention is given to such details in the future. Regarding the airport transfer, I would like to mention that the transfer we offer is a luxury service. It comes with an elegant driver who is fluent in English and ensures a comfortable and smooth journey to the airport. While we understand that other options may be more affordable, we strive to provide our guests with a premium experience that matches the quality of our hotel. We hope to welcome you again soon for another memorable stay! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we couldn't fault anything. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Our room was stunning, every part of the hotel was stunning. We used the spa area twice and that was perfect too. Cocktails in the cellar bar and food at breakfast, all perfect. I honestly can't fault this hotel one bit. Definitely deserves the 5 star ranking with 5 star staff. We will be returningMore Reviews of Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków - MGallery SpaThank you so much for your wonderful review. - Amine Aoulad AbdelkhalekAmsterdam, The Netherlands84 contributions"I stayed at this hotel for the first time and was already impressed by the beautiful photos. Upon arrival, I was immediately enchanted by the lovely design of the lobby. The reception area also looked chic and inviting. I was warmly welcomed by a friendly lady at the reception, who gave me a nice room on the second floor. The Hilton is about a 4-minute walk to the Old Town Square and is really centrally located, which is great! The breakfast was delicious; you receive a menu to choose from, and you can also enjoy the buffet. The spa is fantastic, with a large swimming pool, a beautiful sauna, and a steam room. The only downside was the gym, which didn’t have much equipment and was quite small and warm. Other than that, it was a beautiful hotel, and I would definitely recommend it and come back!"More Reviews of Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton SpaDear Guest, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review!
