"We had an oceanfront room with views as in pics and could hear the waves crashing on the lava rocks below. There are nicer hotels in Kona, but for the price and beachfront location, this is definitely worth a look."

"Beaches: The beaches in this part of Kailua Kona are beautiful. For those that compare the islands of Hawaii based on the beaches they offer - they may say Big Island has the worst beaches."
