The mission of the Historical Society of Cheshire County is to collect, preserve and communicate the history of Cheshire County. To implement this mission, the Society is committed to: Share and interpret the materials of Cheshire County history with all who are interested in the region’s past and present. Serve as a regional studies center encompassing archive, artifact and manuscript research collections, the Wyman Tavern period house, public information, and educational programs. Cooperate with local and state historical and educational institutions to form a partnership in regional historical education. Prepare and sponsor educational exhibits and publications.

Stonewall Farm is a nonprofit working farm and educational center whose mission is to demonstrate ecological sustainability and cultivate community through education and engagement with local food resources and our shared natural resources. We welcome you to our property to explore our bike trails, take the family for a hike, learn about the natural diversity of New Hampshire, visit our animals, and support local producers in our farm store. Set in a scenic valley, our farm consists of 120+ acres of pasture, crops/gardens, wetlands, woods, and hiking trails. We also offer a stunning events venue drawing over 20,000 people annually. We are a leader in regenerative agriculture and education for farmers and landowners throughout New England. We look forward to welcoming you to the farm soon!
