Oh Fanis, you really are amazing! We had a bit of an ordeal getting to Villa Georgia, 'Who Knew' Crete is big enough for TWO airports - whoops, made me feel pretty dumb! We arrived at the wrong airport and half an hour into the supposed 25min taxi trip realized our mistake. Long story short we hired a car and...

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and I loved the tyle of the bed! We felt very welcomed and looked after by the owner Fanis, who was also very reachable by email which was very helpful in the run-up to our stay when I needed to amend some details. Great place.

Villa Georgia Hotel was a great place for me and my husband. Fanis, the host was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a small kitchenette in the room with a refrigerator and a three burner stove. We were able to make coffee and tea in our room and have snacks available. The bus stop is only...

The owner Fanis takes such pleasure in making his guests happy and comfortable. He knows and loves Crete and makes special efforts to see that his guests make the most of their visit. Each day he patiently explained the options, whether historical, picturesque, culinary, urban... My daughter had a cold and he offered special local herbal tea and honey. Kalamaki...

We stayed here on our honeymoon - and when the wonderful owner (Georgia herself) found out, she filled our room with rose petals across the romantic canopied bed, a bottle of wine and sweets - despite the fact that we arrived at 11 pm! The room was huge - a big living room with multiple couches to rest on, a...
