We’ve never been in a four stars hotel without any amenities like shower cap, slippers, cotton pads… the bathroom was completely empty. We’ve been to the SPA to enjoy 2 comfortable saunas and hydros but we didn’t get into the Turkish bath because smelled of mold instead essential oils. I couldn’t take shower because the refill of their all in 1 shampoo/shower soap was empty (also in men’s shower!). Anyway the location is amazing and the staff nice, but it’s not enough to recommend this hotel to someone.

We are just back from 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Situated high enough for excellent views, and easy access to skiing (though we went for summer sun and walking). Traffic passing can be heard early evening and in the morning for a brief busy period, but not intrusive and most of the day is quiet. Our room was kept very clean and tidy by room service, and very comfortable and functional, though the shower cubicle could be larger. The food for breakfast and dinner is quite good, though visually needs a little updating. But the restaurant is clean and eating in was always pleasant. The choice of local wines was excellent. The staff are absolutely fantastic. We speak no real Italian and only a little German, but we were made to feel welcome. Reception were helpful and polite, and the bar and restaurant staff were attentive, charming, and always ready with a smile. The service was efficient and little touches such as keeping wine to finish the following day was a pleasant surprise. An excellent hotel, and we would definitely wish to return again. Thank you to all the excellent team there, we really enjoyed our stay.

No worries about driving, just park your car in front of the hotel and leave it. You can enjoy and have fun without worries. Ski lift? just go out and go, when you finish, take the lift to go all the way at 2800 meter, with a panoramic view on top. Concerning the hotel, it has all you need to relax and from breakfast until dinner, very good and typical cuisine. Questions? Please do ask me, I can tell you all about it. See ya......

Direct access on ski trackes, gluten free options and good meals selection for eveybody. Nice welness area, even if in some hours of the day a little bit too crowded. Staff is professional, friendly and well prepared.

Dear Guest We would like to kindly thank you for your appreciation regarding our Hotel, kitchen and wellness area. We are pleased that your experience was really good. We always work on giving to our guests the best in order to remember an enjoyable holiday: our staff aim at being professional and lovely everyday. Regarding the area wellness, in some hours, unfortunately, it can be crowded because of the large amount of people relaxing at the same time, and we are really sorry about this experience. We are looking forward to seeing you as future guest Best Regards Hotel Norge****

I stayed here for a night on a press trip during the winter season. It was a modern ski-in and ski-out hotel, with panoramic views of the Dolomiti del Brenta Mountains. The hotel had a spa centre with a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and steam room, as well as a restaurant and bar area with a balcony directly on the slopes. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced too and the hotel was dog-friendly.

Celebrate my mother’s 70’s Birthday birthday as a family trip! Staffs are quite flexible upon our late checkout request and proactive when we address some issues. Professional in chic and effortless gesture made our stay much relaxed. Thanks!

We had a great time staying at Hotel Norge in summer (July). The hotel staff was extraordinary friendly. We were travelling with two small kids, were asking for different things (like what to do in the area, booking a wellness appointment and then move the appointment etc.), and at all times, we met friendly and warm hearded people. The food was good, not crazily exceptional, but really good, and wonderful for us as a family. We had junior suite which was easy to live in with 4 people, and for the baby, we even got a baby bed. For our 2-year old, they had prepared a "normal" bed with a safety "wall" to ensure he would not fall out at night. Everything looked very new and well maintained. We had a balcony and a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley of Trento. The restaurant staff was so friendly to our baby who really liked the food, but also liked to put it elsewhere than on his plate... Really, a great experience, we felt very welcome with the two young kids. Families can go for a hike, go to the nearby playground at Viote or the botanical garden there, go by "furnivia", use the hotel swimming pool... We really had a good time. The hotel is located at 1400m, you have to go down around 1000m in order to reach Trento. I liked driving the curves though. :-)

Booked a single room, then decided to take my son, 13 years old with me. I have checked policy, hotel stated <15 year old - 35 € more. Said ok, announced the receptionist, who was very rude, and said very clear to me that as I already booked un-refundable, I lose the money if I don't pay another 70 € so in total 140 €. I have refused, I have some principles and the receptionist was blackmailing me. I have opened my phone - booking.com , checked a double room price ( so 2 adults ) and it showed 126 €. I have shown that to the receptionist, said I would accept to pay 126 €, even that 1 adult + 1 kid was 73 + 35 .... . She refused, starting yelling at me, and said - I am the manager, I set the prices on booking.com and I can do whatever I want here. I have replied that this is not the proper attitude to treat customers who bring her business, she replied she didn't care. So, I have left, by principle I can not accept to be robbed, and it was OK, we found a muuuch better hotel and staff... 3 km upper to the mountain, exactly at the ski station, where we could walk. So, take care... I think by submitting this I am doing a favor to the hotel, because they should learn from this. I am not trying to get back my 73€, they will lose more than that with this kind of attitude...

After screaming in front of the reception, after writing an offensive review in tripadvisor against my way of managing the hotel ( acusing me of being a shame for the hotel business as well as being racist ), prompty deleted from tripadvisor, after letting us call numerous times by Booking.com for have your money back, after this second review writing with a very colorful interpretation of the fact, the only thing I can say as a young lady that tries to do her job in the best way is that we are lucky to meet rarely costumer like you.

CONCLUSION: As said in the title, everything you need under one roof: VIEWS TO KILL FOR, combined with the mountain hospitality, the italian food and drinks, manged in the germanic ordnung muss sein fashion by a very special family. Very well situated (slope in/out type of property), clean and well organized, fair size rooms, generous SPA, very good and delicate food, attentive staff. Prices are more than fair for what it is offered.

Hotel Norge is an efficient and nice hotel. The staff is super nice and helpfull. Really pleasant. Our room was nice, but very small. Perfect view. In the restaurent, the service was great, but the food was a little dull. Not the normal high Italian standard. The location of the hotel is perfect. Only 30 min drive to Trento and 45 min to Riva del Garda and The wonderful hiking area Tre Cime is only 10 min away in car. It is also possible to walk to Vason and have a great walk/hike in their local skiing area. Best view ever! Internet is a little slow, but does work.
