We stayed for 4 nights in Feb 2017 and loved our room which was poolside. The staff and wonderful and helpful. They serve a nice buffet breakfast and you can enjoy a lovely dinner in the garden. They provided free bicycles for us and we loved tooling around Phrae. Pool was clean and refreshing.

We have been here for 1 night. Even though the room is not well maintained but it is clean and tidy. The amenities in the room was ample: 3 bottles of water ( a plus that they put 2 bottles in the fridge for you), shampoo and shower gel in the shower room, kettle, tea and coffee set. Also, you...

Perfect location for both car and walking. Though the hotel is old it is kept clean and neat. The rooms are spacious with balcony. The building is open air design with a nice shady garden. Thai style breakfast but also simple toast & coffee. The staff is really helpful. Ramps make it accessible with pram & wheelchair but then there's...

We stayed here for two nights: it was a comfortable room overlooking a pleasant swimming pool in a garden setting. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, but some of them speak only limited English. However I'd have no hesitations about using this hotel again. Phrae is a smaller northern city, not visited by many...

I stayed in Phoom Thai Garden Hotel for just one night in october. The front desk is very nice and helpful as are the other people in this hotel. When I asked them to call me a tuktuk to get me in the inner City, they drove me there with the hotels own tuktuk. The rooms are big and very...

The hotel is all right, a bit old, workmanship in bathroom DIY quality, ok for Thai standards. The pool is an asset for this price level. B'fast rather Thai style, too, no fresh milk for cornflakes, no other cereals.

Nice setting and building, but management seems to prioritize cost savings over anything else. Poor maintenance and poor cleaning in public areas, room and bathroom. Also, try to get a room off the street, as there is Karaoke music place just across the street.
