I had a wonderful time here and my expectations were surpassed in many ways. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exciting, fun and comfortable. I definitely recommend the local breakfast of Mashuni! Meedho is a great place to stay and learn more about local culture and explore nearby uninhabited islands. The staff arranged and accompanied me on all the excursions and made sure that I had a fun time! The hotel itself very nice, the beds are comfortable and there are some great views of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony upstairs. The opportunity to explore and stay on a local island in Maldives a great treat, so I definitely recommend it over staying at an overpriced resort!

Listed below are the highlight of our stay at 'Beach Stay Maldives': 1.The staff: Lateef (guesthouse owner) and all the staff were IMPRESSIVE! From meeting us at the airport in Male, till the last day of our trip (where he also escorted us back to Male), the level of hospitality and attention to our every single need is IMPECABLE. They go out of their ways to make you feel welcome and pampered; Nice welcome messages on our bed, a fish barbecue feast at the beach on our first night in Meedhoo, arranging our daily tours to the nearby resorts and activities, and finally throwing a surprise birthday cake and music for my husband on our last night! 2.The island: The guesthouse is located in Meedhoo, a local island; It was nice to be able to interact with the local Maldivians, we

Absolutely fantastic place Newly built property with an amazing view of the ocean! Friendly and helpful staff ready to organize holidays you deserved: snorkeling trips, fishing trips, picnic on a private beach, dinner in a romantic atmosphere, etc. The guesthouse has its own restaurant on the roof from where we enjoyed a 360° view of the island and of the sea (and the restaurant itself is called - '360 degree view'). The breakfast is quite simple but tasty, and you can have a Maldivian breakfast as an option as well. The room with a sea view and a balcony is simply the best you can get for this money! The only unfortunate thing is the full prohibition of alcohol in Maldives (exceptions are made only for the hotels) but even this problem can be solved by a visit to a

I have been travelling on a budget for the past few years. Always wanted to experience the Maldives. I'm glad I made it to this place. Here you can expect to have a great time, even on a low budget. The rooms are very clean, they just opened 2 moth ago, so everything is still new. Latheef and his team will do everything possible to make your stay an unforgeable experience. Latheef the owner use to work as a butler in several luxury resorts - this guy is a real gentleman. The view of their rooftop restaurant is worth every penny. We went out on their boat to explore some of the uninhabited islands in the same atoll. I could not have ask for more ... this people are locals, they know where to snorkel and where to get some great pictures captured. I flow AirAsia form Kuala Lumpur

Interesting place - I am sure that the best guest house in the territory of the indigenous population, as It is located in a part of the Maldives where the local population lives. My room was the best one available. Nice design rooms with nice furniture. Breakfast at home in the air at the rooftop restaurant. Wonderful views.Nearby there is a bar where you can buy food and napitki.Hozyain welcoming and can organize a trip to a nearby island for a picnic. Pleasantly surprised by the price. Much cheaper than I could dream of.
