This was our second trip and it was as amazing as our first. We decided to go back because of the kids camp. We have a five year old and he fell in love with their staff at the kids camp and they were there a year later! He is shy and reluctant to go to camps of take lessons but they are absolutely amazing and so is the facility. Brenda, one of the amazing staff, some how remembered him immediately which made him feel so special! I will also add, the food is great, I recommend the duck or the filet mignon. The drinks are good, I highly recommend Osvoldo's passion fruit margarita on the rocks. We will be back!

We just finished a fantastic two-week vacation at La Estancia. It was our third holiday at the resort. Wow – what a dream vacation! We highly recommend it! It is amazing to wake up to a beautiful ocean view. The pool is great and you will love the ocean walks in the afternoon when the tide is out. The Dinner at La Casona is a five-star experience – everything is delicious. Some of our favourites include: ravioli, octopus, asparagus soup, French onion soup, duck, beef filet, and seafood pasta. The lava cake is to die for – I may have eaten one every night of our holiday ;) That said, my Mom goes crazy over the chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert. The shows at the Flamingo next door are fun – my kids loved the Michael Jackson one as well as the aquatic show! Great added value for the all-inclusive experience. All these positives aside, it is the friendly staff and superb service that sets La Estancia apart from other resorts. So, I’d like to give a shout out to all the people who made our stay extra special! Thank you to the Hotel Manager Jorge Castro and his Assistant Patricia – we truly enjoyed your hospitality. The breakfast staff at La Casona worked very hard – Ami (she went above and beyond to help us find “lost and found” items and even tracked down popcorn for our room), Lorena, and Paloma…but please bring back Ramone. The pool service was exceptional thanks to Santana, who never stops running. I love the mojitos! We also appreciated the hardwork of Valeria in housekeeping who kept our room sparkling. Finally, last but certainly not least, the dinner staff at La Casona. You treated us like VIPS and catered to our every need. It’s hard to be home now that I have to cook dinner and serve my kids myself ;) Thank you Angel, Rigoberto, Eduardo (keep up the great singing), Alfredo, Roger, Benjamin and of course Jorge on the piano! Villa La Estancia is an incredible resort!! I have nothing but amazing things to stay about this place! We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite with 2 other families that we are friends with and opted for the all-inclusive package. We booked directly with the resort over the phone, and they allowed us to have one extra toddler in our room at no additional charge. - Our room was right on the ocean and on the first floor so we could walk right to the ocean and to the pool. It was so convenient and gorgeous. The rooms were so clean and beautiful. We had TONS of space and laundry machines in the suite. They cleaned our room everyday in the morning, which was great. - It is amazing that you can go next door to the Flamingos Resort. We did that often! - The food and drinks were INCREDIBLE and much higher quality than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to! We ate at La Casona, the Japanese restaurant, the Mexican restaurant, and the Italian restaurant. We also enjoyed a lot of great food at the pool for lunch. La Casona every morning has a breakfast buffet that is fantastic with tons of options. - The swim up bar is so fun. Our kids loved it and ordered drinks often. The standard alcohol included was top shelf (Don Julio for tequila!) - The best night we had was Mexican night at Flamingos. The buffets of food were unbelievable with so much authentic food. They had Mexican dancers and a mariachi band, which was amazing. - We took advantage of the tennis court and the beach toys to float in the ocean. The pool is also cleaned daily and so much fun with waterfalls and sprayers. - Lastly, the staff is AMAZING. The restaurant staff at each location were so attentive and friendly. The valet men helped us with tennis everyday and got us taxis very quickly to downtown PV. The pool staff was so accommodating. They put towels on our chairs everyday, got us umbrellas, and brought us drinks and food quickly. If you are considering this resort, do it and pay for the all inclusive option! We declined the timeshare presentation and it was no problem at all. We also knew in advance that the resort was about 30 minutes from PV, so we didn't mind taking cabs for day trips into town. We also walked to Bucerias (~20 minutes), which was such a cool and vibrant city! This was a trip we will never forget!…

Just returned home from 10 weeks at beautiful Villa La Estancia in Nuevo Vallarta. Had a wonderful time and the entire staff is wonderful but I want to identify a few of the staff that provided us with exceptional service day in and day out. Our Butlers, Jaime, Alberto and Angel started each and every day with our coffee service and checked in throughout the day to make are every need was fulfilled. Beach service provided by Aaron was more than we could of ever asked for. Our room was kept immaculate by Girselda, Gabby and Sandra. The security guard, Jesus was always nearby making sure we were safe and provided a lot of laughs. Daniel in the gym provided his expertise in making sure we were exercising correctly and kept the gym in great shape. Excellent experience. Perfect for families, pools were relatively quiet. Kids clubs was excellent (open 9-2 and then 3-5 every day) for kids ages 4 plus, soft play, painting, themed treasure hunt, computer games, movie rooms. Spa and gym were perfectly decent. Beach greta for swimming. Food was excellent and we got to use the hotel next door too.

Great time we spent here. Quiet, excellent food, and the best of all the staff. Special thanks to Ruben and Jair concierges. Our wonderful cleaning lady Melva. The room had some things wrong like the AC didn't work properly, it was never fixed. TV was not watchable in too many channels. We had an amazing full view of the ocean and the beach was great for jumping weaves and swimming.

We have been coming to Villa La Estancia for 12 years now, we could not possibly be happier, we want to for nothing here. The weather, the accommodations, the beach, the beauty of the grounds, and most importantly, the service and the kindness of the staff that provide it. We are especially grateful for Michaela and Ruben at the concierge desk, for Raul, Omar, Jerry, Julian, and Hugo out front, Daniel at the gym, and Aaron at the beach. We started out coming here for one week and over the 12 years have increased the length of first day, this time we stayed eight weeks and are booking now for next year, possibly to stay even longer, can’t wait!

Not only is the place amazing but so are the staff. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you were the most important person they have ever met. Everyone was amazing but some of my favorite people were Louis who treated us like family and felt like a friend that we have known forever. Also Hugo, Raul, Omar who greeted us at the door every day with a smile on their face and so happy to help us with anything we needed. Last but not least Alexia who was ready to help us at any given moment with a smile on her face. She was a bright light and such a beautiful soul. Because of these people and many more we will continue to come back. The housekeepers were also amazing keeping our room clean and making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had a fantastic time. The property is very nice, recently renovated. We stayed in a two room suite that was 2200 sq ft. Everything in the room was very nice. The pool layout made it feel like there weren't that many people in the pool. The beach was very nice and did not feel crowded either. The food was great, although most of the dinner experiences were 2-3 hours. That wait was a little long for our younger children, but if you want a leisurely dinner it's nice. The Estancia property was quiet, but we had access to the Flamingo property next door, which had parties and shows and a higher energy atmosphere, so we got the best of both. I was especially impressed with Jorge in Security. I had unknowingly lost my sandals. He was observant and noticed I was walking bare foot and am very tall, so the large sandals likely belonged to me. He returned them to me without me even realizing they were gone. I really enjoyed talking with him multiple times throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. …
