We have been visiting this resort every other year since 2008 and it never disappoints! From the time that you show up and are greeted by Antonio the bellboy to the time that you leave you are treated like royalty. Gustavo, Gilberto, and Enrique made every breakfast like we were at home. During the day around the pool Cristobal, and Jorge took care of our every need. The evening captain Ricardo insured that our evenings were special and memorable. Many of these people I’ve mentioned have been there north of a decade & become like friends which says something about this resort and how they treat their people. Thank you all for an amazing two weeks and we will see you again in 2024

This place is amazing!! The staff and especially Iris Luna, so helpful and so wonderful. Thank you for the amazing anniversary surprise (not expected at all) with balloons and swans and champagne. Wow!! The food has been amazing the service incredible. I am so happy I don’t want to leave. And I would like to give a shout out to all the amazing people who make this happen. Overall very nice stay. Rooms are nice but needing some maintenance. A/C, plumbing and chipped dishes. Nice to have a full kitchen, laundry available. Location of the resort is great and easily accessible to the nearby town of Bucerias. Lots of great places to eat around Bucerias. The STAFF here is great, very attentive and available. Octavio, poolside wait staff, provided excellent service! Bellmen are very friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. Victor at the front counter was also very helpful during check in. The pool here is wonderful and kept in excellent condition. Beach is easily accessible and really nice.

I stayed in this beautiful location with friends for a week in May 2022, and it was wonderful all around. The staff is very attentive, the buildings and grounds are in excellent condition, the restaurants and entertainment are great. I had a one bedroom unit that was complete like a home with washer dryer, dishwasher Jacuzzi tub, etc.! I had two massages, one with Ivette and one with Petra, both excellent. The reception area and concierge were top-notch.

Staff was the best! So friendly and eager to help! Shout out to Juanita, Veronica, Elda and Aurora, in the Spa! The Deli on site had everything. Try the cinnamon rolls and chocolate croissant! Would not think twice about staying there again!!

Great location on the beach - 30-45 minute walk to seaside bars and restaurants in Bucerias, or a ten-minute (105 peso) taxi ride. All rooms have a kitchenette (studio) or full kitchen, and are nicely furnished (with upgrades in progress). All staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Patty G. (reception desk supervisor) who did an OUTSTANDING job in resolving a room assignment in a very timely fashion, along with combining my two separate reservation date periods into a single invoice. It's the sort of thing that can become annoying, or in my case, no problem at all. Honorable mention also to Lucy (Head owners concierge) and Ernesto on the waterfront with the kayaks and SUPS.

Staff was great, bellboys are super, Eduardo,Luis, plus the others are so helpful. They worked hard to give good service, especially when it appeared the resort short staffed.Pool staff is great. Our server at the pool, Octavio gave excellent service, as did Augustine.

Johnathan Izelten at The Flamingos Villa Del Mar spa gives the most excellent Massages. I left each one relaxed and with significantly less muscle tension. I highly recommend him.
