The facilities were lovely. The rooms, the pools, the beach were awesome. The bartenders were excellent but some of the other wait staff were not well trained. Housekeeping was inconsistent as some days they didn’t have coffee or water for the room. It was more family friendly

My boyfriend and I loved this places we had the best time here and big part of that was the staff so many of them made out vacations 100 times way better. To mention a few Demian one of the concierge did an amazing job helping us with everything and keeping us company he was so

Resort is recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and clean with updated decor. Food is excellent! Pool areas are gorgeous and cleaned and vacuumed nightly. There is an adults only section which is very nice! Beach is walk-able and swim-able. Very few vendors, they leave you

It was my first time to Mexico. After hearing stories and reading reviews, I was skeptical at first, but it was much better than anticipated. Everything was great, the view is amazing, the staff is incredible. Plenty of choices to eat/drink. Shout out to Demian for going out of

Demian made our trip! My family and friends stayed at the Krystal Grand for 10 days. As very picky guests, Demain went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Listening and Attending to all our wants and needs. Exceeding at that. Also being so friendly and welcoming.

A pool view is possible from almost every room so hard to know where this would be. I would think all floors are good but generally higher is better. They will not commit to any room until you check in. As for upgrades and prices, we didn't check this out. They seem to have a preferred club status but we did not enquire. The ten story tower is the new building and it is only a couple of years old. Comments from a person staying in that building were positive. We were in building seven, facing the ocean. Older building with some maintenance issues but rooms were spacious and everything worked. In Mexico, this is good. PS: you will encounter people in beige clothes immediately after check in who will talk your ear off and try to seek you packages. They are very cordial and informative but are just trying to set a hook into your wallet. Be aware. Sun, sand and surf were excellent !!!

We stayed in a Jr. Suite on the 9th floor with a pool view - so I assume perhaps every floor has a few - but that is just an assumption. We had a nice sized balcony and the view was amazing. Enjoy!

although we requested a lower floor due to handicap we could not get one however we did get an upper floor near the elevator and it took us right down to the front pool. We did change our first room assigned due to villa not finished( lots of wall dust) and no view. Our 2nd choice view was over the pool and ocean view. It was a timeshare but we did get daily cleaning service. We had a 2 bedroom with 2 balconies. They were very accommodating and we were pleased with our rooms. There were a few minor complaints, not enough storage and little seating in living room for what we needed but we managed, the rest of villa . was updated especially the beautiful bathroom. Would stay there again!

The hotel does have a policy around chair saving - if unoccupied for 30 minutes (I believe that is the time frame) they are free to take. We never had any problems with chairs around the pool - only at the ocean. There is a Skyloft - adults only (11th floor) which has a pool, drinks, canopy beds and a spectacular view and the best thing about it is, most people don't know about it so it is often empty! We spent the majority of our week there and it was amazing. There is no food there however you can bring food up if you wish. Enjoy!
