We book 2 rooms for my family to celebrate my daugthers birthday. We were surprised as we checked in. Although we checked in late. But we still get the best room of the sea view. Thanks to the customer service. Shout out to Mr Bazmeer and Mrs Siti for the excellent service. Will sure visit the resort again soon.
Excellent value for an exchange that provided me with one unit that has two bedrooms, both with attached bathroom. Ample shampoo, towels were provided. Master bedroom comes with hair dryer. The unit even has iron and ironing board. 6 bottles of mineral water were provided when we checked in. We noticed that housekeeping was provided daily but we specifically requested that housekeeping need not be done for our unit as we would be staying for 3 nights only. If housekeeping was done, I am optimistic we would get 6 bottles of water daily. Our unit was more than 500m from the reception. However, there is frequent buggy service to pick us up. There is a free open air car park which is also about 500m from the reception. However, there is frequent shuttle van to pick us up. Human service was friendly and efficient. The unit itself was rather hot when we returned everyday. We have to turn on the fans (3) full blast although the AC had already been set to the maximum. One of the fans could not be slowed down or turned off. The unit became rather cold around 4 am. Beds are very comfortable. Water started to drip near the entrance on the penultimate night. There are 4 restaurants to cater to the different tastes. We tried Hai Shang Lou. Menu was limited but the food was good and reasonably priced. Avani is located about 15 minutes from Sungai Pelek and less than 30 minutes from Tanjung Sepat. Recommended to buy pittaya fruit from the many fruit stalls along the road. It is also close to Lukut. Putrajaya and Sepang International Circuit are also not far away.…
Recommended for everyone to try once as ecperience. You probably will like it and wanna repeat. Sunset view is the most miracle moment to be enjoy with. The food is satisfying at bila bila restaurant. Overall good!
Great resort with helpful staffs, started from the valet parking En. Sofian, receptionist Ms. Fathiha, buggy driver/ resort staff En. Shamsul, and others who willing to help once you call them up! Thanks Ms. Fathiha to assist me, and arrange the great view room for us, and allow us for late check-out! Even is superior room, but is bigger enough for two with balcony. You can view the sunrise/ sunset from your room balcony. Buffet breakfast is sufficient to fill up your tummy, western, chinese, and malay style of foods are available for chosen. There's a Chinese restaurant as well at the first floor of swimming pool building. While seafood buffet is available at the beachside, it's quite enjoyable and relax! Food is delicious, but still can improve better. A lot of kids and adult activities offer by the resort. MUST join their mangrove tour! It's worst! Thanks so much guidance from En. Nahar, allow both of us to join the trip personally without extra charges. You can feed the monkey, "searching" crocodile and other animals during the trip. We saw the blue crabs in the mangrove! Watched the fisherman to catch prawn and more and more! Definitely will visit the place again! *One thing, cleanliness can improve better. But still acceptable at my view.…
Renu from call centre avani was very helpful and attentive. I left my dress in my hotel room and only realized it when I got home. She helped to arrange the delivery to my house as soon as possible. The staffs are very friendly.
- Pay so much and did not really meet the expectation of the value. - There was stain on the bedsheet and have to call several times before they change it. - There was not much activities / facilities.
To share my thoughts: Pros: 1. Great front office staff(namely Khilash, Anna and Shamsul) 2. Facilities generally well maintained 3. Very peaceful and serene atmosphere 4. Very nice beach Cons: 1. Housekeeping could be improved...the room i got was dusty because of the dust from above the fans 2. The transport van to the car park...the driver didn't even bother to come out from the driver's seat to open the back and also open the sliding door..even though he could see my wife strugglng to open the back 3. The buffet dinner spread in Sepoi-Sepoi cafe was so limited and not worth the price..the breakfast spread in Bila-bila was much better 4. The ala carte food i ordered was so ordinary...the chicken was over fried and not much sides with it

Food n cleanliness need to b improve. Other than that, gd time for relaxation. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs. Fireshow was impressive. Either upgrade the villa's or maintain the condition.
Very Friendly, Very cheerful, Very helpful, and Very patient. He used to be the driver from the parking lot to the lobby, and now his is working for Avani. That is why I remember him from my last visit. Bravo and well done Mr. Rajan.
