My wife and I have gone here for the past 15 years for our anniversary and on other occasions. It holds a special place in our hearts, we love this place the staff has never been anything but amazing. Always willing to help us anyway they can, from something as simple to forgotten coffee cream, to accommodating complicated dietary restrictions.... More

We just stayed in one of their cottages for a couple of nights. Pros: The cottage was nice and roomy and had a back deck with a great view of the lake. There were 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There were a couple of canoes, a paddle boat and a few kayaks that you could use at the boathouse. There... More

Overall we had a nice experience because we made it that way and the room we had was fantastic. The resort is very tired and in need of an investment. I'm not going to bash the place because I think the owners and staff really mean well, but ultimately it just needs some money put into the place.

False Advertising No like was advertised!! Was told the only boat for rent was out for the morning and then was told by other staff that there were no boats as they had yet to be put in the water. Asked to buy bait and was told they were not "in season" ..wait what? Dishes and pans still had old... More

Came after viewing the website, should have checked trip advisor first. Dishes still had food on them, there are none of the activities as shown, a small fire pit to share for the entire resort that's 2' in size, no boat rentals, no tubing, no wakeboards, no bait, not even wifi as advertised, be careful what you pay for as... We stayed at the Irwin Inn for three nights with a group of friends. We were shocked by the extremely poor customer service we received. Each couple booked their own room separately and we received confirmation by email of the unit identified in the booking (Beachview East). We actually visited the Inn before our stay and the front office person,... More

Booked a group trip at The Irwin Inn week of Oct. 7th. Our group were well looked after; location is lovely, breakfast was very good, dinners were good and most of the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you Jennifer for providing packed lunches and Petroglyphs Park entrance fee. There were outdoor spaces for our gatherings overlooking Stoney Lake,... More

Spent a few nights there last week with a group of friends. The first impression was a quaint older resort with a mix of old and older units on a scenic lake.
