Termas El Corazón is located not far from Santiago, our Nation's Capital and the Andes Mountains. It is splendidly managed buy the family of the founders, Mr. and Mrs. Bianchini Frost. They and their staff do their best to make your stay as confortable and nice as posible. The place is lovely with an excellent service and cuisine with many...

If you expect to have fun with friends, well, this is not the place for you. I highly recommend this place to couples and retired people who want to relax. The best time of the year to come is in summer, because all the pools are open. As some people say, the pools are closed for two hours during lunch...

We stayed at Termas el Corazón last Friday-Saturday December 16, 2016. We had been here a couple of years back and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the place has been kept up to date. The room was nice and clean, nothing over the top, but that wasn't our expectation either: bed was nice with fresh, clean sheets, shower...

We went there for 2 days over Christmas, and had booked a package in advance. The place is nice, there are some nice views of the countryside from the hotel, the people are very friendly and relaxed, and the food is abuntant and OK. However, the trip did not go as planned at all, as we were not informed in...

My family and I went for lunch on a week day. We arrived to Termas El Corazón around 1:30 PM. The price for a lunch given by telephone was different that the one finally paid. We could not enjoy "empanadas de pino". They were all gone! The hot food was not really hot. Better not to expect too much. I...

For USD 200 a night it's not worthy; the bathroom had a scent of sewage, the shower curtain was torn, there are not enough benches on the pool (plus a teacher blasting music during hydro-gym, you wonder what would happen if the electric plug were to fall into the swimming pool), the pools are closed at lunch time, etc.

A one night stop at this large Spa Hotel was a pleasant enough stay. As part of a large group the family staff went out of their way to accomodate us and everybody had a smile on their face. The place is quite regimented with strict opening times for the spas and swimming pools and there is little to do...

Enjoyable and very relaxing getaway. Varied menu and quality food. Good selection of Chilean wines. SPA well furnished. Finnish and Turkish saunas free to hotel guests. Variety of massages at reasonable prices. A place I would return to get rid of work related stress.

I just stayed here with a small group for a relaxing spa getaway. We chose it because of the reasonable price and proximity to Santiago. The trip was a success and the hotel was not remarkable but was enjoyable. There are 3 main pools, each with slightly different temperature. Although they are sourced from the hot spring nearby, for health...

This hotel was recommended by another hotel in Chile. It was disappointing. The hotel is located in the middle of the countryside and very little thought has gone into entertaining visitors who want to explore the area. There is not much to do in the hotel if you do not like using their facilites. There is one excursion to the local...
