We have spent a very relaxing and pleasant weekend in Therma Vitae. I can not indiciate even a single issue or aspect that we didn't like! Clean and comfortable room, very tasty meals at reasoanble price, entertainment for the kids, smily and friendly staff, excellent spa zone (both pools - 1 big inside and 1 small outside), well kept venue and gardens... The area is also very beautiful with lots of places to explore! Absokutely recommend Therma Vitae!

The hotel provides at the verge of the average quality and service. The pools are nice. Breakfast is good with the exception of the horrible coffee machine. I was surprised that the bartender at the pool area closed the boutique for a lunch break while there were plenty of clients. A replacement should be sent to cover him while having lunch. The deluxe room has no luxe. Cheap furniture, one plug in the room and one in the bathroom. I am disappointed from the service as the personnel lack manners. They are like ghosts, no smiles, no welcoming touch. The quality : price ratio is not matching at all. I would not recommend this hotel and would not come back to it.

I came to use the swimming pools, the hydromassage etc and they did not even have a towel to give me,not even for rent to serve me.We also closed a hamam with 2euros,and when we arrived there, they demanded us 15euros.Lastly the employee's behavor was unacceptable. In general,we are not satisfied with the hotel staff and i do not suggest it.

We stayed in a group of friends for a long weekend. The pool is large and not too busy, the hot tub lovely, and the massages were very good. Food in the restaurant was good and some staff were able to serve in English. Our friends' children made good use of the kids' club which provided craft activities and toys. We had a few issues though. We booked treatments in the spa for 5pm but the spa reception mistakenly booked them for 3pm and then couldn't fit us in. Two spa robes were taken from the room and only one new one brought in. A little more attention to detail and I would have given it five stars. Would definitely recommend the hotel anyway.
