I was there for 2 nights between the 13-15th of February, ITS AWFUL! We go to the restaurant and there is a really small choice, also we booked a massage they was rude, the lady was also rude. Didn't ask if we have an allergy towards the creams. They cut my massage short, i paid for a full massage and cut it short, can’t talk basic english. Really hard to speak to them, we tried to complain about the massage nobody cared. The rooms was disgusting , didn’t clean the room after the first night. Can’t even make a bed. You had to ask for clean towels etc.. the lobby bar on the valentine day was shut even though it was the busy day, had to go to restaurant to get drinks. RUDE SERVICE! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! WE PAID FOR NOTHING!

Overrated hotel! Would never recommend it! It is extremely dark inside the rooms, as well as the restaurant and the stairs as well! For a 3 day stay we have witnessed accidents with two people / falling/ on dark, unlighted stairs. One of the stairs in the restaurant/ the only way to the toilets/ and the other on the way to the spa center. The outside /the only one available/ parking is so dark in the evening, that it takes time to recognize and find your car. The food does not meet the standards at all. The service, especially on New Years Eve, was very poor, even rude sometimes. The waitress was chewing food, while serving and rudely pushing people in order to make her way to the table! No vegan and gluten-free options included in the menu. For a 3 day stay, no one ever entered the room for cleaning! We could easily hear all the noise and conversations from the other rooms! Do not wear high heels in this hotel, unless you want to end up with a broken ankle, because the flooring is mostly made of river rocks. When you pay 750€ for a 3 day stay, you’ve got quite different expectations!

We decided to treat ourselves and escape the big city on a weekend. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces and is very easy to reach. There is plenty to do spa- and welness-wise, so if you want to try out everything they offer, I'd recommend to stay for 2 nights. We only stayed 1 night in a deluxe room, which gave us access to the deluxe spa area with ice, roman etc bathrooms. For the inside swimming pool one needs a swimming cap, that could be bought there for 5lv each. We didn't have enough time to try out the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, but tried out the fish spa (10lv for 20min), which was a quite nice experience. The restaurant on the 5th floor offers a midday menu and an evening one. There isn't much choice, though, but the pizzas were made there in a stone oven and the white cheese with white cherry jam is just the best!!! The breakfast buffet is rich and the staff is very friendly - the cleaning ladies and the catering staff were very friendly and concerned for one's well-being. Our deluxe room was very quiet as there was hardly anyone outside and it was overlooking the backyard and the hill, so no main roads. I can imagine in the summer it'd get louder as the swimming pool, the tennis court and the football field are all in the backyard. The interior is rather outdated, but it was very clean, no stains, so I was quite happy with the cleanliness also. I'd definitely come back as soon as I can!

As soon as we arrived at the hotel at 4pm we were told that the rooms were not ready even though accommodation was announced after 3pm. At the reception we were told to leave our luggage in the article and use the spa, but alas, after requesting a bathrobe from the super unkind maid, the answer was "I'm gone", put up and I asked for at least a big towel, again, "I'm gone". I asked the hotel manager at the reception and again there was a negative answer! The rooms are very cushioned and not well cleaned! At the reception they are terribly slow and disorganized, we waited 20 minutes in a queue to find out that our room was not ready! I would never repeat!

Visited this hotel as a side trip from a holiday in Plovdiv. It was easy to get to with a rental car and the town it’s located in is really charming. The hotel staff were really friendly and made recommendations for meals from the local menu. Really enjoyed the spa and the wide variety of pools, it helped that the temperature was high 20s in Oct!

1. Very unfriendly reception staff ( I am talking from 3 + year experience), behaving like the next local folk singer, unacceptable by any standards, not even on the Balkan's !!!! 2. Overpriced, and with a flair of the old communism style, nothing appealing about it. 3. Cleanliness issues everywhere, including the conference rooms. In other words, don't waste your time and money !!!

I've visited the hotel several times. This time we booked 2 rooms for a long weekend. One had to be with an extra bed for a child, and despite the specific request we checked in to a room with a cot. The room they chose to put the cot in was the smaller of the two and it was cramped for 2 adults and a 3yo. We didn't have a kids bathrobe and the ones we had were torn at places. We had dinner included, but when we got to the restaurant at 8pm there was barely any food left. they got out some food eventually after we complained, but it was very disappointing. They offer a very good breakfast. They do have really nice swimming pools outside with a pool bar and a place to eat right next to the pool. It's great for summer, but during the colder months the warm inside pools are quite small and not really sufficient.

first impressions of the hotel weren't that good to be honest. so lets to the bad bits first we had what was billed as a luxury room no tea or coffee is provided in the rooms, bathroom lighting was low wattage and combined with brown and grey tiles, it made it hard to have a shave. Separate shower to bath was a bonus, but shower tray falling apart regularly became tiresome after a few days. Toilet also decided to go in reverse at one point. water will run cold if you decide to get up after 08:30hrs buffet breakfast had a lot of choice but the hot food section was barely warm If you paid for drinks in the bar in cash, the waitresses wouldn't come back with any change (I think they automatically assumd it was a tip) so for the rest of the week we paid on the room and dont tip thieves. although we did tip well in the 5th floor restaurant staff, they were well worth it the day we left we had to depart at 04:30hrs and reception said they couln't produce an itemised bill until after 9:am why???? The Good:- fabulous location, secure car parking, great hotel facilities (swimming, sports) . Lot of spa treatments on offer, tho we were too busy visiting some of the magical monuments in the area to find time to use them. 5th floor restaurant was just excellent, Good tasty food (it was even hot) and fabulous staff, well worth a visit we understand its the best hotel in town, its just a shame that the best by European standards is not up to it in some areas already highlighted The area around hissar is fabulous

We were at a company event in this hotel. The hotel is good. I can not say if the location is good. We were only for one night and in fact there was no time to walk around it. There is a small spa and a large outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was not full of water completely. We took full advantage of the small outdoor pool with excellent hot water, over 38 degrees. We used the bigger one with some lukewarm water.everithing was OK. Some colleagues also used the gym. We used the panoramic restaurant for our company event. We were very pleased with the restaurant itself, the view from its terrace. The service was excellent, the staff was very kind and responsive. The breakfast was very good.
