Alain and Howard could not be more welcoming and entertaining and regaled us with stories of the ongoing restoration and a tour of this fabulous old stone winemaker's house and barns. Not far from Albi and the many beautiful hill towns nearby we only touched on the attractions of the area. Not to be missed are delicious dinners prepared by...

The Domaine de Perches is the perfect country retreat. It's easy to get to from nearby Toulouse yet it's so peaceful and tranquil set deep in the Tarn countryside surrounded by fields and vineyards that you could think you've travelled for miles. The house is on a hill with great views. The owners Alain and Howard are charming hosts. They...

This peaceful little hotel is in the middle of a great garden. so calm! The staff is cool and friendly (and professionnal!) I would also advice the restaurant of the hotel. It was a great surprise and very high quality! There isn't many rooms which makes it really great because you are in fact in a big house in the...

If you want a very private and unique place to spend a couple of days in the true French countryside , this is the place. Just a few kms outside of Gailliac and neat Albi, this is a restored country farm house nestled in the vineyards and surrounding hills with panoramic views. The hosts Alain and Howard are welcoming from...

This lovely property at about 4 km from Gaillac is completely renovated in a modern-classic style. Alain and Howard are welcoming you and one feels at home immediately. We booked the Shyrah suite, a wonderful room wit separate bedroom and bathroom and livingroom. Great view on the vineyards. A three course dinner is served every evening upon request, 50€ all...

We spent five nights at this B&B that has been converted from a former winery. Located between Albi,Toulouse and many medieval hill towns it is in the beautiful vineyards of Gaillac. The restauration of the property is perfect "country french". Our suite was large and very comfortable. The entire area is quiet and the views are magnificent. Howard and Nicola...

We were fortunate to spend three nights at Le Domaine de Perches a couple of weeks ago. The property is absolutely lovely inside and out. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The domaine is set among fields of grapes and sun flowers. Just beautiful! Howard and Alain are the best possible hosts! Helpful, fun, and very interesting. Howard even...

We stumbled on this divine spot this week having been let down at the last minute by another. The owners, Howard and Alain, could not have been kinder or more helpful even though they couldn't accommodate us that evening. He was able to have us the next night so we spent one night here and wished it could have been...

It took me a lot of time to find on Internet a place that I could enjoy a weekend with my husband and I certainly found it! Everything on this property it's great: the decoration, the view to the vineyards, the swimming pool and our guest Alain! I really wish we would have stayed a bit longer. It's a place...

Been trying to tell TripAdvisor that Alain, Howard are no longer at La Borie Grande. When this problem is resolved I'd love to write a very positive review about Le Domaine de Perches, their new project

Many thanks for your generous ratings and for offering to write a positive review. As you noted, some of the photos here are not of the Domaine de Perches (but they are of our former bed and breakfast, la Borie Grande, sold in early 2013). We have asked Trip advisor, several times, to remove all the pre-2013 photos, and they...
