If you want to stay at the dump with illiterate workers you’ve picked the right place!... I would not go back even if it was free, half the guests are great have are low lives, most of the staff is illiterate and don’t care, some are very nice and do try to help... Total dump, I hope the Spaniards that own this hotel drop dead, you ruined my vacation and wasted my money, I literally was sick for a month on Xifaxan...

Going on vacation in 2023, you expect more... Impossible to get towels for beach, and on "beach" no service but lots of workers doing nothing... Best advice; go next door and njoy...

This is a very nice place located 14 min away to the airport what it’s very convenient to stay the night there if you’re in the city and at least you can enjoy of the beautiful beach in the morning or afternoon before your flight. They have a very nice restaurant by the water that is called Pelicano, also a bar inside next to the lobby, Casino, kids Beach área, nice breakfast buffet that includes typical Dominican food like Mofongo, which is very delicious...
