My wife and I recently stayed at the property while visiting Italy as part of a tour group. We spent two nights here. Close to Assisi where we spent our time. This hotel is nothing special. Very average decor. Not close to really anything that you would want to visit. Breakfast was average. If I were looking for a hotel... More

Was in the circular building. Good location to visit local towns Perugia and Assisi. Quite old room and basic gym. Thin walls. Bring swimming cap for swimming pool as is a requirement. Breakfast was a decent continental affair with no cooked food. Parking plentiful and free. Decent WiFi (for a hotel).

A lovely old town, well kept and very clean. Fantastic place to explore old buildings and how the old blends with the needs of the current families living in these ancient properties (look out for remains of old arches and windows, almost perfectly blended with the new openings, and vice-versa). Perugia's old town is on a hill - expect multiple... More

I stayed one night in this hotel traveling around Italy. The hotel had been chosen by the travel agency which organized the tour. The hotel is located near the highway. It was Sunday 1May Orthodox Easter. They prepared a menu for us but the service was very slow. Food was ok, breakfast nothing special. The room was so cold!!!!!! They... More

Comfortable and convenient, but somewhat dated, hotel that I booked for my trip to Ponte San Giovanni, a neigbourhood of Perugia. Check-in/out was quick and efficient, my room was ready at around 10 am and a typical Italian (continental) breakfast was included in the room rate. Even though the hotel is near the highway, noise was not an issue and... More

My husband and I were driving around Italy to designated locations that were planned in advance. Had one unplanned evening and decided that we really wanted to experience Assisi and Lake Trasimeno. This was a perfect spot!! The bed was perfectly comfy! The pool was nice and warm and we enjoyed the sauna as well. The man at the front... More

The trip was a birthday present for me from my husband. He strategically picked it because it's close to Assisi, Foligno and Spoleto and it has a Spa which was a plus but quiet a disappointment for us because the sauna was really small and the Turkish bath(?) was not so clean, it had body hair all over. In fairness... More

It is good place to stop on the way to somewhere. Old fashion style hotel. Room no too large and good renewed bathroom. Restaurant good service but food just ok, nothing special. Breakfast is basic but enough to meet any thing you want. I didn't visit the gym or saunas but it is a good option if you bring your... More

Located in the middle of nowhere, old furniture and overall style, very basic and boring restaurant and breakfast room, small fitness room and very warm, rather unpolite staff. Not sure why I ended up there. Thanks God, for just one night and will not be repeated in the future. Cherry on the pie, they forgot to return my I.D. at... More

Slept there one night during my 15 days trip to Italy. Cute room, very nice, food was excellent, bed was comfortable what more can I ask for. Nothing bad to say about this place and if I ever go back to this area I would stay there for sure.
