Great little hotel.
Stayed in the mews accommodation which is separate.
It was perfect for our family and little dog.
The breakfast served at the hotel was great too!
Lady on reception was very welcoming and gave good information about the area.
Absolutely fantastic, well looked after very friendly staff, could not do enough for us. Will definitely be returning soon.we had afternoon tea plus savoury, we could not eat again until the next day, excellent value well worth a visit.
We stayed in one of the apartments. When we arrived we had no hot water or heating. The place was filthy with curtain rails hanging off the wall. There was no DVD player, WiFi, toaster or microwave.

This place does have so much potential, and maybe could be a nice place to stay or visit, but the customer service here is just dreadful. The woman that worked as bar staff (and looked like she maybe even owned the place) on Friday 26h...More
Avoid at all costs! Has the potential but sadly not the care, attention, staff or management that is immediately needed, and a major health and safety reform is needed.
This was a trip that was really looked forward too but sadly it was let down...More
