Nice hotel, good meal, easy access to Dead Sea. Room was OK, new, clean and sunny. We used the well equipped gym and nothing to complain. Was our last night in Jordan after a great experience and we love it.

Get awaaaay at all costs Extremly bad hotel, the worst I’ve ever been to actually No warm water at the shower or in the room Had to change room twice due to leaking sink and loud AC noise Bed sheets were not clean at all Staff are rude and uncooperative Some are racists too Only one pool was open, the other one was for kids And no waterslides were open Most lights are turned off after 6 pm Sea shore is sooo far away With no good way to go down there Showers are just a pipe of water, not actual showers Buffets are tiny, with limited options and poor quality food You could find better deals at ramada hotel

It was an awesome hotel with an excellent customer service by ( Mahmoud Almarazeeq) Receptionist. The first time for me that I tried Middle Eastern breakfast it was tasty as I expected , the dinner was good as I like. Clean and tidy room with a nice sea view. I enjoyed it hope to come back again one day :).

I have been to grand east dead sea hotel with my family , and I believe I've never been in such horrible hotel before , bad service bad rooms very dirty and there is no staff, so rude a d expensive for no good services, they even turned off the lights in the lobby and the everywhere in the hotel for "saving the electricity bill", said one of the staff, I won't recommend it for not even an hour or a day use , so bad so bad.
