I came to Jordan with my husband for the first time and was very satisfied. Stylish hotel, we always had breakfast with a beautiful view in the restaurant, fresh fruit every morning, delicious pasta and masterpiece salmon in the evening) It was fun to play volleyball with the animation team and go for a morning stretching after breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day, the hotel staff were very polite to us, very happy to have a lift to the beach, it's very convenient.
Chose the Hilton for our Dead Sea experience/stay, and we were not disappointed! Stayed there recently in July and the only negative impact was how hot the weather was. Other than that everything was great. From point of arrival, the receptionist immediately greeted us and acknowledged our special occassion, explained the hotel amenities/facilities thoroughly. The concierge gentleman that escorted us to the room was very lovely as well. We were given a very nice suite due to our Gold HHonors status. Additionally, the F&B staff for the dinner buffet was so friendly and we told them it was our first time to Jordan, so they kept introducing us to all of the different food and how to eat them. The highlight of our stay was of course the Dead Sea in itself. The lifeguard was there to assist and apply the mud + salt for us. Everything was great and for the price, totally worth it!…
The hotel is in a convenient location, on the Dead Sea and close to the convention center. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was huge and the sunset was amazing from the balcony. Room service was very fast, and the food was good. My only complaint was that the infinity pool was for couples only, so I couldn't enter since I was traveling alone.
We stayed at the hotel with my family during Eid time. The hotel has several swimming pools and a convenient way to the beach by elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For kids they have a kids club where kids can play. The hotel has entertainment during the day because the animation team making activities with children and adults. My sisters did aqua aerobic and yoga on the beach. In the evening we really enjoyed sitting in the restaurant 1312, a musical group performs here in the evening and there is even a fire show. The hotel has delicious breakfasts and dinners but for breakfast we would like more fresh fruit because there was only watermelon and melon. Thanks to all the hotel staff, we enjoyed our stay.
We spent a few days at this hotel with our family. The hotel has delicious breakfasts and dinners. In the evening we came to sit in a Lebanese restaurant for listen to a live performance of a musical group and watch a fire show. The hotel has entertainment for children, a kids' club and games with an animation team. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We plan to come back again during the school holidays.
We had great vacation for the past two days , the location of the hotel is perfect, gorgeous view of the Dead Sea, very helpful staff at the reception ask for zeyad . Really I recommend this hotel for the visitors Muath
This hotel is in a fantastic location. Most of the members of staff are incredibly helpful. We had a baby stroller and there are some stairs that have no elevator option. This made it a little difficult at times but some members of staff did help at times. Eating in the hotel is very expensive. A coffee will be around 5JD which is expensive even by international standards. Please factor in cost of eating in when making a booking. The hotel doesn't allow outside food so you really are at the mercy of the excess pricing policy. Bearing this in mind the food we ate was very delicious. The check in and check out process is very slow. Especially at checkout the member of staff looked confused and this didn't inspire any confidence. Cleanliness around the hotel could be improved. I waited a long time to even get the bill at the 1312 restaurant. Some staff training is definitely needed to focus more on customer service rather than running around looking disorganised and out if control. Parking attendants at the entrance are very slow and need to improve big time. I would rate the hotel as 4 star rather than 5 star for the points mentioned above. …
Great resort to enjoy and relax. A shame a couldn’t stay longer. Great Lebanese restaurant! The heated pool is a great plus to enjoy a swim in the evening. The access to the Dead Sea is invaluable !! Even though breakfast wasn’t included, it worth every penny. Only negative note the tea and coffee and in the room were very limited.
It’s a nice resort to visit the Dead Sea but not really worthy the price. The competitors doesn‘t sleep. We had another night in a new hotel 5 km from Hilton that blowed us away for just half the price so we would rather choose the other hotel next time! But nevertheless, the resort is quite nice and recommendable. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast gives you a big choice! The chocolate croissants are amazing! It was the first time ever in my life that a hotel took our private belongings from us (a Bottle rum from the duty free). It feels strange that your luggage is being investigated for food and drinks that is not allowed in the hotel. I mean, is this an airplane or a hotel??? Some things like toilet seats and fittings used to have better times. While having buffet we were confused to get the bill while eating. Everything is pretty commercialized.…
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Good service and delicious food. The animation team helped to diversify our vacation with games thanks for the victory in water polo. My friends and I were very satisfied and I hope to come back again very soon😊
