Check-in: 29/6/2020 Check-out: 30/6/2020 Room numbers: 351 & 353 (connected rooms) I defiantly enjoyed my stay as the resort is so relaxing with clean spacious rooms and a great landscape, with a friendly and helpful staff as usual. This time the breakfast was seated not a buffet as usual, because of corona virus precautions, but even though, it was tasty! Here I have to mention than corona virus precautions are followed restrictedly at the resort, first of all you have to enter through the sterilization machine with your luggage and to wear your mask and gloves before entering the reception area, all the staff are wearing their masks and gloves regularly and you will find a hand sanitizer and social distancing signs at every single corner there.
Stayed at the 4-star Dead Sea Spa Resort end of February. With a good private beach and cozy rooms, this is the best place to spend your time relaxing by the Dead Sea. * The beach is located in a beautiful cove. It is clean and not crowded. I enjoyed putting mud all over my body before floating on the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea. I had a serene time watching the beautiful sunset over the sea. As this is a pebble beach, better wear aqua shoes for feet protection. * There is a life guard on duty who even went above and beyond by taking photos for the guests. * The rooms are huge and plush... well appointed, clean and with amenities. The bathroom is also big. The balcony is lovely. The airconditioning/heating and wi-fi inside the room also work well. * The food is great! The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are all extensive with full array of local and international cuisines. The restaurant staff are wonderfully attentive. * The Front Desk staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Manager granted my request for late check-out and arranged my transportation to the King Hussein border. * The property has stringent security screening at the entrance which is good. * There is an ongoing improvement at the beach area therefore it can get noisy at times. Construction equipment near the beach do not give a pleasant sight. * Some of the beach towels look worn out. The beauty of the Dead Sea is mesmerizing and floating on it is the ultimate experience of all. Dead Sea Spa Resort is a perfect place to experience it. Thank you for a fantastic stay. I hope to stay longer next time.…
We have stayed at Dead Sea Spa two days. Rooms are spacious, but the aircondition is from some other time, probably 15-20 years old. It is too noisy and you can not switch it on and off, what evere you do (we had two rooms).Breakfast is OK, even if there was always fight for fresh croissants they bake on the spot. The pools looked clean, but hey who needs pools on Deat sea? The way to the beach, neglected, sea level hasdramatically receded through the years, you can see it while you walk down. They should at least invest some money to prepare the beach better. two mud bins on the beach like picked from garbage. And the towels you get for the beach so worn out. But it was nice experience alltogehther, at least trying to switch on the TV and aircondition..
We recently stayed here as part of the tour group we were on. Our room was large and very clean . Staff were helpful and friendly and check in nice and easy ! Dinner and breakfast were included and we enjoyed the range of food on offer. Easy walk down to the beach so that we could enjoy the experience of floating in the Dead Sea. Happ6 Hour is available and includes beer, wine and cocktails.
We were given an upgrade during check-in, which was really nice. Huge room, very comfortable bed, with all amenities included. We really liked the indoor pool which was fed by the water from the Dead Sea, hence we got to experience the floating sensation while indoors. The staffs at the hotel were really nice. However the biggest disappointment was the beach area, it looked like a construction zone (which unfortunately is the case) :( One of the main reason us to stay in this hotel to use their private beach. But unfortunately, the beach was both dirty as well as in the middle of a massive construction process, which really ruined the experience. Also, we were really disappointed to see that the onsite restaurant had very limited supply local Jordanian food.
