We had loads of fun especially with the blossom entertainment team with Anna, laughed loads everything was fantastic. The pools are amazing we loved the summer one. The staff is so nice and the stay was very comfortable
We stayed in this hotel for 2nights. Once we got inside, the room was so dirty, smelly and dusty: Bathroom not properly cleaned, bathroom towels are used. Tissues are half. In short, I didn’t enjoy my stayed in this property. Housekeeping ….
Good facilities, nice access to the Dead Sea. There are several dining options. We booked a double room. It was clean and spacious, an ideal for a small family. Facilities are nice and well kept. It gets a bit crowded during weekends.
I wanted to enjoy my day off at the dead sea, so i called the hotel the day before asking if i need to make reservation for solo day use. They answered no need for reservation, just show. Well, after w long drive to the dead sea they didn't allow me in saying couples only 😑 They could have say that on the phone!
The hotel having issues in service as the stuff not trained well, and not providing good service to guests specially at pool. Also cleaning at room terrace not that much. The food was in a good condition at breakfast and dinner. And the pools was not having any issues No activities was done at the main pool, while there was some music at adults pool. For families not recommended for pools as the only activity is swimming
I honestly do not want to rate this hotel, 5 star. When we arrived, the room is not yet ready and the floor is dirty. Considering that we cheked in late, we wasted our time waiting for the staff to finish preparing the room. We couldve spend that time to rest. Thankfully, your hotel has an employee like Daisy. What lacks in your service was compensated by her hospitality. She's very proactive and deserve to be the employee of the month!
We’ve been very upset from check-in to room to dinner and breakfast food. But thanks to Daisy who did a superb job in making us happy despite the disappointments. She is indeed an asset of Crowne Plaza.
I wrote a one star review about this hotel 10 years ago! One never learns from past mistakes! Hotel management does not treat guests with respect or dignity!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all!!
I have to admit thatvi never seen a manager like him, he is working everywhere, 24hours per day, youbcan see him daily checking on every guests, no matar who he is, you can see him on the beach and then meeting customers in the reception area. Well done Mr. Wissam
I am on a Titan tour of Jordan. Last night we arrived at this hotel after a very long day. This should have been a highlight of the holiday. So far it has been very disappointing. On arrival it was clear that there was a problem as you could tell by the way the hotel representative was talking to our Titan guide. He in turn failed to pass this information on to us. We were given our room keys and went to find our rooms. It was clear that my room had been changed from 233 to 315. On arrival I started to unpack. It was then that I noticed that the room was not very clean. There was bits of dirt on the bedding. The floor in the bathroom was covered in hair. The room generally seemed quiet tatty. I then opened the door to the balcony. When I closed it again I found it would not lock. I contacted reception, who told me someone would come to fix it. No one came. I needed to go to dinner, so went down to reception and explained to them. They said it would be fixed whilst I was at dinner. On my return I went back to reception. It had not been fixed. They said they would move me. This they did to room 515. By this time it was getting late. This room also had the same problem. Again I contacted reception. This time they sent a handyman. He was lovely and managed after much hammering and drilling to get both locks to work properly. I apologise to any people disturbed by this. Within this time I had found our guide and questioned why we had been put into standard rooms instead of superior rooms as stated on our booking. At this point he admitted that the hotel had overbooked and we had been put in basic rooms. As it was late I thought I would go to bed. When I woke up for the loo early in the morning I turned back the covers to get out of bed and found that the bedding was stained with blood. I am wondering if I am actually in the same hotel as everyone else who writting all the glowing reviews about this place. Whilst I admit I have not travelled for some time due to covid. I am a seasonal traveller. This is a 5 star hotel. The standards and service that I have experienced are not 5 star standards. I appreciate that covid has affected things. But there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness or stained bedding. We stayed at the Petra Guest House hotel previously. Another ING hotel. Although a little old fashioned the service and cleanliness were far superior to this place. Crown Plaza you really need to check rooms before you put guests in them to ensure that they are up to expectations. I will be taking the other issues up with Titan on my return home. You could have been ensuring that your maintenance was carried out whilst you were in lock down. Also that the rooms were deep cleaned. Vanish is great at getting stains out. Please ensure that you do not dissapoint other guests as you have myself and my fellow travellers. After all you know that many of us have had issues with our rooms. Remember people do talk to each other about their experiences. People have waited a long time for this holiday and played a lot of money. Somethings can be forgiven, but not lack of cleanliness. You make quiet a big fuss in your statement on cleaning standards. However you do not live up to it.…
